The retinues of the Matrikas, white, maroon, black, etc., slowly exhale the angry breath. Diseases, conflicts, famines gather like clouds. The degeneration of the degenerate age has become manifest. The happiness of the teachings and beings is gradually diminishing. Have you not seen this dark age? Do not relax the blessings of the Chief Mother. Do not lessen the strict orders to the retinue. People are controlled by ignorance, and their actions are rough and evil. However, the wisdom deities have no discrimination. The Matrikas and Dakinis possess vows. Therefore, please forgive and accept our faults. Pacify famines, epidemics, wars, and other disasters. If you do not have compassion for beings, then the wisdom Matrika is just a name. If you do not protect the teachings and the holders of the teachings, then the mantra protector is just a name. The time has come for protective and saving actions. Outwardly, dispel the degeneration of the times. Inwardly, subdue the diseases and demonic influences of the body. Secretly, destroy the conceptual thoughts of the five poisons. Please accomplish the desired goals according to the Dharma. From the center of the dark blue sky, the terrifying form of the Great All-Pervading One, an emanation of Vajradhara, appears as the commander of the eight classes of beings.
