དང་། གཞན་ཡང་། སྲོ་མ་ཙམ་ཞིག་སུ་ཡི་ཁར་སོང་བ། །བཟང་ངན་འབྲེལ་གྱུར་རྔ་ཡབ་དཔལ་རི་རུ། །ཚོམ་གཅིག་འཚོགས་པར་མངོན་སུམ་སྨོན་ལམ་ཐེབས། །ཅེས་དང་། འདི་ཉིད་མྱོང་བའི་འགྲོ་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་བསག །བདག་གི་དྲུང་དུ་སླེབ་པར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། །སླར་ཡང་ཐེག་ཆེན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དོན་རྟོགས་ནས། །ལྷུན་གྲུབ་རྫོགས་ཆེན་རིག་འཛིན་ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། །ཅེས་སོགས་མྱོང་གྲོལ་དཀར་ཆག་དོན་ཐིག །པདྨ་སྙིང་ཐིག །ཐང་ཡིག་རྣམས་ལས། སྐྱེ་བདུན་མྱོང་གྲོལ་གྱི་ཕན་ཡོན་བརྗོད་ཀྱིས་མི་ལངས་པར་གསུངས་ཤིང་། བུད་མེད། ཤན་པ། དུད་འགྲོ་རྐང་བཞི་པ་འདབ་ཆགས་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཁར་སོང་ཡང་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག་ཅིང་ཆོས་ལྡན་གྱིས་མི་ལུས་བདུན་བརྩེགས་ཐོབ་པའི་མཐར་རྟོགས་གྲོལ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་དང་། ཆོས་སྨན་གྲོག་མའི་རྐང་ལག་ཙམ་རེ་ལ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་འདུ་བར་གསུངས་པས་རྩིས་མེད་སླ་ཆོས་བརྙས་ཐབས་སོགས་སྤངས་ཏེ་ཡིད་ཆེས་ངེས་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དད་མོས་བརྟན་པོས། རང་ཉིད་ལྷག་པའི་ལྷར་གསལ་བདུད་རྩི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་རང་ བཞིན་དུ་མོས། གཡོན་པའི་མཐེབ་སྲིན་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་པདྨ་སྦྱོར་བ་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་བྱུང་བ་ལྕེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུྃ་གིས་མཚན་པ་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་རྩ་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱབ་སྟེ་ལུས་རང་བཞིན་ཡོངས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོར་ཚིམ་པར་མོས་ལ་རབ་ཐུན་བཞིའི་ཐོག་མཐའ། འབྲིང་ཉིན་རེ་ལན་ལྔ་རེ། ཐ་མས་ཀྱང་ཟླ་བ་རེ་བཞིན། ཡང་ཐས་དབྱིད་འབྲིང་པོའི་ཚེས་གཅིག་གམ་བཅོ་ལྔ་ལ་ལན་རེ་མ་ཆག་པར་བརྟེན་ཞིང་། དམ་རྫས་ཁོང་དུ་ཡོད་རིང་དགེ་སྦྱོར་གྱི་འགྱུར་སྟོབས་ཆེ་བས། རབ་ཀྱིས་རིམ་གཉིས་མཉམ་གཞག །འབྲིང་པོས་ཁ་ཏོན་བཟླས་བརྗོད། །ཐ་མས་ཀྱང་ཕྱག་བསྐོར་ཚེ་ཐར་སོགས་དགེ་སྒྲུབ་སྡིག་སྤངས་ཅི་ནུས་མཛད་པའང་གལ་ཆེ་དང་། ཕན་ཡོན་བསླུ་མེད་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་སྤྱིར་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཐབས་མཁས་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་བའི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་། རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པའི་སྟོབས་དང་། མན་ངག་རྫས་ཀྱི་ནུས་པ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའི་མཐུ་དང་། སྒོས་སུ་དམ་རྫས་མྱོང་གྲོལ་གྱིས་འདུལ་བར་ལུང་བསྟན་པའི་དུས་ནི་དེང་སང་གི་དུས་ཡིན་ལ། ལྷག་པར་དུའང་ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཆེན་པོ་ཉིད་དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་ལས་མཛད་པ་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འཕགས་པར་ གསུངས་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་ཁྱད་པར་ཁ་ཅིག་ནི་མཐོང་ཐོས་དྲན་རེག་གྲོལ་བའི་གདམས་པ་རྣམ་པ་བཞིའི་ཡ་གྱལ་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཇི་སྐད་དུ། བསྒོམ་མི་དགོས་པར་སྐད་ཅིག་ཚེ་འདི་ལ། །བླ་མེད་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུ

并且，此外，哪怕仅仅是一点点沾到谁的嘴上，善与恶相连的雅砻白玛岗（རྔ་ཡབ་དཔལ་རི་，莲花山）中，也能如实祈愿聚集在一起。如是说，体验此物的众生的福德积累，毫无疑问会到达我的面前。再次领悟大乘佛法的意义后，任运自成的大圆满持明者唉玛吙！如是等等，出自《觉解脱目录精华》、《莲花心滴》、《唐卡》等，其中说七世觉解脱的利益说也说不完。即使是女性、屠夫、四足动物、飞禽等沾到，也能清净业障，具法者获得七重人身，最终走向觉悟解脱。还说药供蚂蚁的每一只脚上都会聚集十万空行母，因此要断除轻视简易法门等，以坚定的信心和定解的信奉，观想自己明观为本尊，观想甘露为五种智慧的自性。左手拇指和食指结成金刚和莲花印，从中生出智慧甘露，舌头上以金刚（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字）标记者融入，从而遍布所有脉轮，观想身体自性圆满的坛城全部充满大乐。最好在早晚各一次，中等每天五次，最差也要每月一次。实在不行，也要在仲春的初一或十五，坚持至少一次。而且，丹药在体内期间，行善的力量会增强，因此，最好修持生圆二次第，中等也要念诵，最差也要尽力做转绕、放生等善事，断恶行善也很重要。利益真实不虚的原因是，普遍来说，是诸佛菩萨善巧方便和大悲心的差别，以及缘起不虚的力量，还有口诀药物不可思议的能力，特别是授记说丹药觉解脱所调伏的时代就是当今时代。尤其莲花生大师本人，被说是超越过去、现在、未来一切诸佛的事业，某些事业的特点就是这见闻忆触解脱四种窍诀中的一种。正如所说：无需修持，刹那此生中，成就无上佛陀。

And, furthermore, even if just a little bit touches someone's mouth, in Yalong Pemakö (Nga Yab Pelri, Lotus Mountain), connected to good and bad, one can truly pray to gather together. Thus it is said, the merit accumulated by beings who experience this will undoubtedly reach me. After realizing the meaning of the Great Vehicle Dharma again, may the spontaneously accomplished Great Perfection Vidyadhara say Emaho! Thus and so on, from the "Essence of Liberation Catalog," "Lotus Heart Drop," "Thangka," etc., it is said that the benefits of seven lifetimes of liberation cannot be fully expressed. Even if women, butchers, four-legged animals, birds, etc., touch it, they can purify obscurations, and those with Dharma will attain sevenfold human bodies, ultimately going towards enlightenment and liberation. It is also said that hundreds of thousands of Dakinis gather on each leg of the Dharma medicine ant, so one should abandon contempt for easy Dharma methods, etc., and with firm faith and conviction, visualize oneself clearly as the deity, and visualize the nectar as the nature of the five wisdoms. From the left thumb and forefinger forming the vajra and lotus mudra, wisdom nectar arises, marked on the tongue with the vajra (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable) and dissolves, thereby pervading all the channels, visualizing the mandala of the body's nature being completely filled with great bliss. It is best to do this once each in the morning and evening, moderately five times a day, and at the very least once a month. If even that is not possible, one should persist at least once on the first or fifteenth day of mid-spring. Moreover, while the sacred substance is in the body, the power of virtuous actions will increase, so it is best to practice the two stages of generation and completion, moderately recite, and at the very least do circumambulation, life release, etc., and it is also important to abandon evil and do good as much as possible. The reason why the benefits are real and unfailing is, in general, the difference between the skillful means and great compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as well as the power of unfailing dependent origination, and the inconceivable power of the oral instruction substance. In particular, the time prophesied for the Dharma medicine liberation to tame is the present time. Especially Padmasambhava himself is said to have activities that surpass all the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, and some of the characteristics of these activities are one of the four types of key instructions for liberation through seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching. As it is said: Without needing to meditate, in this very life in an instant, accomplish the unsurpassed Buddha.

此殊胜圣物，除了莲师我的代表之外，即使制造十双铁鞋，即使用黄金充满整个世界，即使走遍四大部洲和八小洲，看看是否适合其他有缘者。如是说，此甘露法药也是持有普贤噶举传承者之殊胜，若能毫无疑虑地依止修持，定能获得共同与殊胜成就。愿此也能带来广大利益。吉祥增上！

This supreme substance, except for Padmasambhava's representative, even if ten pairs of iron shoes are made, even if the whole world is filled with gold, even if the four continents and eight subcontinents are traversed, see if it suits other fortunate ones. As it is said, this nectar Dharma medicine is also the greatness of those who hold the Samantabhadra Kagyu lineage, so if one can rely on it for nourishment without doubt or hesitation, one will surely attain common and supreme siddhis. May this also bring great benefit to beings. May goodness and auspiciousness increase!
