།གཟུང་འཛིན་དབང་གིས་འཁོར་བར་འཁྱམས། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་ལ་ཚད་མེད་པའི། །སྙིང་རྗེ་བཅོས་མིན་ཤུགས་ལ་སྐྱེ། །དེ་ནི་ཀུན་རྫོབ་བྱང་སེམས་ཡིན། །སྙིང་རྗེ་འཛིན་མེད་སྟོང་པར་རྟོགས། །སྟོང་པའི་རང་རྩལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཤར། །ཟུང་འཇུག་མདོ་སྔགས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་། །ཉམས་ལེན་ཕུག་པོ་འདི་ལ་མཛོད། །དེ་དག་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཐབས། །ཚོགས་བསགས་ལག་ཏུ་གང་ཐེབས་བྱ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ། །བླ་མའི་མོས་གུས་གནད་དུ་བསྣུན། །རང་གཞན་སྡིག་ལས་ལྡོག་པ་དང་། ། ཅི་ནུས་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ལ་བསྐུལ། །ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དང་། །རྣམ་དག་བསྔོ་བ་འབྲལ་མི་བྱ། །དགེ་བློ་ཡར་ཟླའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་ཅན། །དེ་བེནྡྲ་ཡི་གསལ་འདེབས་སུ། །དགེ་སྦྱོང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཞེས། །རྒན་པོ་འདུ་གསུམ་པ་ཡིས་བྲིས། །ཆེ་དང་ཆོས་སྒྲུབ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཅིང་། །དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་རསྟུ་མངྒ་ལཾ། ལྷ་དབང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལ་གནང་བའི་ཞལ་གདམས།

以能取所取之力的束缚而流转于轮回， 对于感受无量痛苦的有情， 生起不造作的强烈悲心， 这就是世俗菩提心。 悲心不执著，证悟空性， 空性的自力显现为悲心， 双运是显密佛法的精髓， 于此深奥的修持要诀善加运用。 这些在自相续中生起的方法， 就是尽力积累资粮， 向三宝祈祷， 将上师的虔诚视为要点。 自己和他人从罪恶中返回， 尽己所能地策励行善。 不离大乘发心和， 清净的回向。 具足善心如上弦月般的功德， 这是在贝达（བེནྡྲ་）的启示下， 由名为善行慧无边（བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་）的， 老者阿杜松巴（འདུ་གསུམ་པ་）所写。 愿伟大和修法达到究竟， 愿二利任运成就！萨瓦悉地热悉底芒嘎朗（梵文：Sarva siddhi rastu mangalam）。 这是赐予拉旺扎西（ལྷ་དབང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་）的口诀。

Realize compassion without grasping, emptiness, The self-power of emptiness arises as compassion, The union is the essence of Sutra and Tantra Dharma, Apply well to this profound practice key point. The methods for these to arise in one's own mindstream, Is to accumulate merit as much as possible, Pray to the Three Jewels, Regard devotion to the Guru as the key point. Turning oneself and others away from evil, Encouraging virtuous actions as much as possible. Do not separate from the Great Vehicle's Bodhicitta and, Purity of dedication. Possessing the qualities of good thoughts like the waxing moon, This is under the inspiration of Benda, Written by an old man named Gewong Lodro Thaye, May greatness and Dharma practice reach the ultimate, May the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished! Sarva siddhi rastu mangalam. This is the oral instruction given to Lhawang Tashi.
