Adorned with a tiger skin loincloth, dancing amidst a blazing fire. On the right, above a sun disc, a red curved knife above the syllable HRIḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame), transformed into Vajrayogini. Red and youthful, with a smiling face, three eyes gazing to the left, and flowing tresses. The right hand holds a curved knife pointing downwards, while the left hand offers a skull cup filled with nectar from above. A khatvanga staff leans against her, adorned with five seals. The right leg is extended, subduing fear with a threatening posture. Behind her, on a moon seat, from the syllable HRIḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame), a white lotus marked with HRIḤ (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame) transforms into Avalokiteśvara. Clear white, the right hand bestows refuge, marked with a vase, while the left hand holds a white lotus stem at the heart. Hair flowing, adorned with Amitabha. The right leg extended, the left leg bent in a seated posture. On the left, above a moon disc, from the syllable TĀṂ (ཏཱྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: she) arises an Udala tree. From the syllable TĀṂ (ཏཱྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: she) transforms into Ārya Tārā, green in color. Sixteen years of age, adorned with a crown of accomplishment. The right and left hands bestow refuge, holding fully blossomed Utpala flowers. Adorned, the right leg extended, the left leg bent, standing in a playful manner. The three places of all are marked with OṂ (ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: oṃ), ĀḤ (ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: āḥ), and HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: hūṃ). From HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: hūṃ) light radiates, inviting the root guru, the Three Roots, and the Three Jewels. The guru transforms into the four deities and dissolves into oneself. JAḤ (ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जा, Sanskrit Romanization: ja, Chinese literal meaning: descend), HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: hūṃ), VAṂ (བྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: control), HOḤ (ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Chinese literal meaning: joy). All refuges become one essence. I offer and please the precious guru and the assembly of the four deities with excellent offerings, such as external flowers and incense, internal five meats and five nectars, secret bliss-emptiness wisdom, and most secret suchness offerings, and so on, with inconceivable distinctions of offerings. Please accept and bless. Please be the source of all blessings, the place of all attainments, the deity who eliminates all obstacles. I prostrate to the guru and the assembly of the four deities. Some holy ones prefer to offer the seven-limb prayer and mandala instead of this offering and praise. Then, with devotion focused on the central guru, recite: Namo Buddhāya, Namo Guru He, Vajra Vīra Vīriṇī, Śrī Ḍāka Ḍākinī, Joka Jokinī, Sarva Buddha Bodhisattvāya Śaraṃ Gatsāmi Kye. After reciting, a stream of nectar descends from the guru's body, entering from the crown of my head, filling the entire body. Purifying all sins, obscurations, faults, illnesses, evil spirits, and obstacles. May I receive the blessings of the guru's body, speech, and mind. Focusing on the protector in front, recite: Oṃ Vajra

Dza Maha Kala Kshih Kshhetra Bighnam Binayaka Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. Recite this. A stream of nectar descends from the body of the Protector. From the crown of one's head... Sins, obscurations, and downfalls... The secret of the Protector... Focusing on the yogi on the right, recite: Om Vajra Nara Kram Kram Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. This is the explicit instruction from ancient texts. In some later practices, it is said not to recite the three Oms from this. Nectar descends from the yogini... From the crown of one's head... Sins, obscurations, and downfalls... The three secrets of Vajravarahi... Focusing on Avalokiteshvara behind, recite: Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Vajra Raksha Nama Samanta Hum Phat. From the body of the Noble One... From the crown of one's head... Sins, obscurations, and downfalls... The three secrets of the Noble One... Focusing on Tara on the left, recite: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. A stream of nectar descends from the body of Tara. From the crown of one's head, filling the entire body. May sins, obscurations, downfalls, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles be removed. May the blessings of the three secrets of Tara be attained. If one is specifically engaging in the recitation of this, then Namo Buddhaya should be recited slightly more, and the other four should be recited in equal proportions. It is said that when reciting this at the beginning of the Protector's practice, the Protector's practice itself is increased. In the lineage of instructions, it is said that the three Oms of the yogini are mainly recited, which seems to emphasize the yoga. Here, the usual recitation is to recite only a hundred or seven times, etc., in equal proportions. When it is not possible to elaborate, abandoning the verses of individual visualizations, and only after the praise, reciting the mantras three times each: A stream of nectar descends from the body of the lama and the deities. Entering from the crown of one's head, filling the entire body. May sins, obscurations, downfalls, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles be removed. May the blessings of the three secrets of the four deities of the lama be attained. Thus it is said. Secondly, whether extensive or concise, at the end of the session of recitation and meditation, alternate reciting the five mantra sets, or offer prayers by reciting Namo Buddhaya three times. Light radiates from the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart of the lama. The four deities are gathered back, Avalokiteshvara at the crown, Tara at the throat, Mahakala at the heart, and the yogini resides at the navel, and again light radiates. By the radiating light, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are invited, filling the entire body of the lama.
