ངང་དུ་བཤགས། །རིག་སྟོང་ཀློང་དུ་སོར་ཆུད་ཤོག །ཐམས་ཅད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ལྷ་ཡི། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མཐའ་དབུས་མེད་པར་དག །ཨ་འཐས་འཁྲུལ་པའི་མིང་ཡང་མེད། །ལྷུན་གྲུབ་རིན་ཆེན་གསང་བའི་སྦུབས། །གཞོན་ནུ་བུམ་པ་སྐུར་སྨིན་ནས། །འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་བར་དུ་ནི། །སྐྱེ་འཆི་འཕོ་འགྱུར་མེད་པ་ཡི། །འཇའ་ལུས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དྭངས་མའི་སྐུ། །ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །མངོན་གྱུར་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཤོག །དེ་སྐད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚིག་གི་གསེར་ཕྲིང་ལ། །སོ་སྐྱེ་ཚིག་རྒྱན་ར་གན་མི་མཛེས་ཀྱང་། །གསོལ་བསྐང་སྨོན་ལམ་མོས་བློས་བྱས་པ་ལ། །ཉེས་མེད་ཕྱིར་ན་འདི་ཉིད་སྒྲུབ་པའི་སྐབས། །རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཆེད་དུ་སུ་ཁ་བཛྲ་ཡིས། །ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་གླིང་བྲིས་ཡི་གེ་བ། །རང་སློབ་ཀརྨ་འགྱུར་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་དོན། །ཉེས་མཆིས་ཆུ་གསུམ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མར་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་ཤོག །ཤུ་བྷཾ།། །།སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་གནམ་ལྕགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀུན་འདུས་ཀྱི་བསྐང་བ་འཆི་མེད་འདོད་འཇོའི་རྔ་སྒྲ།

忏悔过失。愿在觉性空性的虚空中恢复原状。一切皆为金刚长寿天尊的，坛城无边无际而清净。无有错谬执着的名称。自然成就珍宝秘密之宫殿。如妙龄宝瓶般成熟为身。直至轮回未空之间，无有生老病死迁变的，虹身金刚清净之身。寿命与智慧无量光。愿显现二利自然成就。如是金刚语之金鬘上，凡夫俗子词藻虽不华丽，然以虔诚之心祈请祝愿，因无有罪过故，于此修持之时。为结缘故，苏卡巴扎（Sukha-vajra）所著，普贤大乐洲所书之文字者。为己之弟子噶玛久美才旺（Karma Gyurme Tsewang）之义利，向水神三尊护法神忏悔过失。愿以此善根获得不死金刚之身。吉祥圆满！ 萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆！（梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马音：Sarva Maṅgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！） 长寿无量寿，铁金刚，真实成就总集之祈供，不死如意之鼓声。

I confess my faults. May I be restored to the expanse of awareness and emptiness. May all be the mandala of the Vajra Longevity Deity, without beginning or end, and pure. There is no name for mistaken clinging. Spontaneously accomplished, a precious secret palace. Ripening into a youthful vase-like body. Until samsara is emptied, without birth, death, change, or transformation, a rainbow body, a pure vajra body. Infinite life and wisdom, Amitabha. May the two benefits be manifestly and spontaneously accomplished. Thus, on the golden rosary of vajra words, although the words of an ordinary person are not ornate, I make this supplication and aspiration with devotion. Since there is no fault, at the time of this practice. For the sake of auspicious connection, written by Sukha-vajra, the scribe of the Samantabhadra Great Bliss Land. For the benefit of my disciple, Karma Gyurme Tsewang, I confess any faults to the Three Water Deities, Dharma Protectors. May I attain the immortal vajra body through this virtue. Shubham! Sarva Mangalam! (Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व मङ्गलम्, Sanskrit Romanization: Sarva Maṅgalaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: All auspiciousness!) The fulfillment of Amitayus, the iron vajra, the collection of all true attainments, the drum of immortality and wish-fulfillment.
