ང་ལ་ལྷུང་བ་ལྟར་གྱུར་པར་མོས་ལ་སླར་རང་གི་དྲི་མ་མ་ཤོར་བར་བལྟེབས་ཆག་སོགས་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་པའང་གྲོང་སྔགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་པདྨ་གར་དབང་གིས་བསྡེབས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། ། ལིང་ཁྲུས་ནོར་བུ་ཆུ་དྭངས།

应当如我一般，信受且莫失自之垢染，作折叠等。此乃以利益村落咒师之心，莲花舞自在所作，吉祥增盛。

One should believe as I have become, and without losing one's own defilements, perform folding and so on. This was composed by Padma Garwang (Lotus Dance Empowerment) with the intention of benefiting the village mantra practitioners. May virtue and auspiciousness increase!
