ཤེས་སྤྱན་གྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་གཟིགས། །དུས་རིང་ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་འཁོར་བར་འཁྱམས། །ད་རུང་མཐའ་མེད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱ་མཚོར་བྱིངས། །བདག་དང་བདག་འདྲ་ལས་ངན་དབང་གྱུར་རྣམས། །ཡུམ་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ལས་ངེས་གཞན་མེད་པས། །ཕྱོགས་དུས་འདྲེན་པ་ཀུན་ལས་ཁྱད་འཕགས་པའི། ། ། ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་རྩལ་སྤྲུགས་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཕྱག་རྐྱོངས་ལ། །མི་ལྡོག་ཐར་པའི་སྐལ་པར་དྲངས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །གཏན་བདེའི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་མཛོད། །དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། ། སྒྲོལ་བསྟོད།

以智慧之眼恆常觀照， 自無始長時以來於輪迴中漂泊， 至今仍沉溺於無邊痛苦之海。 我及如我般受惡業所制者， 勝母您之外別無依靠， 於一切方時引導者中最為殊勝。 祈請發心奮力，伸出慈悲之手， 引導至不退轉解脫之份， 並迅速獲得恆常安樂之王位。 善妙增長！ 度母讚。

Always gaze with your wisdom eye, Since beginningless time, wandering in samsara, Still drowning in the endless ocean of suffering. I and those like me, controlled by bad karma, Have no other refuge than you, supreme Mother, Most excellent of all guides in all directions and times. May you stir the power of your intention, extend your hand of compassion, Lead us to the irreversible fortune of liberation, And swiftly grant us the attainment of the eternal kingdom of bliss.
