Stopping. Practicing the qualities of the manifestation of wisdom. This is the third branch. Accomplishing the vase breathing in the five chakras, blocking the wind and mind in the central channel (Tibetan: ཨ་བ་རྡཱུ་ཏི, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanized: Avadhūta, literal Chinese meaning: central channel). Absorbing into the indestructible bindu, igniting the inner heat and burning away the obstacles of the life force. Through the practice of moving the three sections of the tongue, experiencing the essence of the inner nectar. Experiencing the bliss-warm sensation and the indestructible sound, seeing the boundless manifestations of the three realms. This is the fourth branch. The postures, taming the mind, retention, and reversal, from which the wisdom body manifests. With the action mudra, the practice of the two organs in union, the arising and completion stages, the four moments merge into the empty-form mahamudra. Training in melting bliss without leakage, filling the navel chakra with bindus. One's own body becomes a mandala of light, and one's own mind becomes the deity's form as a mudra. This is the fifth branch. Constantly abiding in conduct with elaboration, from the movement of the bindu of great desire, the co-emergent wisdom arises, merging with the empty-form mahamudra. The twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, from cessation, increase to the extent of the all-pervading lord. Through the cessation of the twelve transformations, obtaining all-illuminating light, etc. From the stability of the red and white above and below, the twelve truths, which are the sixteen aspects, completely transform. This is the sixth branch, which is complete. May the virtue in the beginning, middle, and end, the approach and accomplishment of the three vajras, through the six-branch yoga, eliminate defilements, ignorance, cowardice, and the bliss of leakage. The essence of the four indestructible vajras, becoming the lord of the three realms. In this very life, may it be directly realized, due to possessing faith, diligence, and asceticism. If one abides by the vows, even if the result is not obtained due to distraction, one will not transcend seven rebirths, and will enter the supreme state. The teachings of the Teacher are like the sky, yet there is no yoga deeper than this. It is very clear in the root tantra, explained by the commentary on the ten bhumis. Many accomplished ones have taken it to heart, the lineage of blessings is unbroken. If one meditates, faith and signs will arise. To enter this path is of great fortune. May this virtue enable all sentient beings to effortlessly attain the state of co-emergent Vajrasattva.
