The Hundred Thousand Dakini Invocation: Om Ah Hum. This torma, adorned with samaya substances and enriched with the five meats and five nectars, has become a place for dedication and offering. I beseech the deity assembly of the Yidam Vajravarahi, along with their retinue, to accept this offering, pacify all outer and inner obstacles, and bestow all supreme and common siddhis without exception. Hum Bhioh. In every direction, in every place, is a Dakini realm. The western direction where the sun sets is a Dakini realm. In the northwest corner of Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya), in the charnel grounds of the land of Oddiyana (Swat Valley), all mountains are mountains of bones, all plants are arrows and spears, all waters are blood and pus, all sounds are the sounds of Durmo, the terrifying place of Vajrapani, where even the ten wrathful ones cannot pass, the place where the Buddhas of the five families reside. Who dwells there? Who does not dwell there? The mother who gives birth to the Buddhas of the three times, Vajravarahi dwells there. The goddesses of the retinue dwell there. From the angry black pig face on the mother's right, arise a hundred thousand dakinis of unchanging dharmata. From the majestic red wrathful face on the left, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who direct the activities of the Sugatas. From the open mouth with bared fangs, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who utterly sever the four maras. From the six extremely red and agitated eyes, arise a hundred thousand dakinis endowed with the six abhijñas. From the head adorned with five dry skulls, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who accomplish the welfare of beings through the five families. From the hair that cascades down and covers the back, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who shower down compassion like rain. From the curved knife brandished in the sky in the right hand, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who cut off life and seize breath. From the skull cup filled with blood in the left hand, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who cause blood diseases and intestinal pains. From the khatvanga adorned with three points, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who subdue all three realms. From the straight and white swaying shaft, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who are victorious in the battles against the asuras. From the vajra adorned with five points, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who purify the five kayas and five wisdoms. From the triple stack of skulls, arise a hundred thousand dakinis who overwhelm the three realms.

Playing with naked stretching and contracting dances, a million dakinis who possess the experience of great bliss. Seated on a seat of an unthinking corpse, a million dakinis who liberate beings from the six realms. Seated on a lotus and sun seat, a million dakinis who unite skillful means and wisdom. From the blazing mountain of fire at the end of an eon, a million dakinis who burn away diverse thoughts. A million dakinis of the Vajra family in the east.
