O Great Hero, the mighty sage of beings, please grant me supreme wisdom. Recite this prayer three times. Then, indicate the deity, give the common and uncommon vows, visualize the disciple as the deity. As explained above, during the blessing of the three places, when the guru and the deity are inseparable. Then, repeat this special prayer: Assembly of the guru protector's deities, please descend upon me. Three times. Place the vajra on the disciple's head. Child, I will declare the vows of the Great Black One to you. With inconceivable bodhicitta, and the excellent qualities of beautiful dances, meditate, visualize, recite, and offer. In order to lay the foundation for the extraordinary special blessing, do not be distracted, visualize as follows: From your own Brahma aperture to the secret place, in the center is a straight central channel, white on the outside and red on the inside. From the Brahma aperture to the heart, it tilts upwards, and in the central channel above the Brahma aperture and the heart, visualize your own heart turning upwards, becoming an eight-petaled lotus, and in the center of the lotus, on the sun disc, your own mind becomes a blue Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Visualize in this way. Above such a Brahma aperture, on the lotus and sun disc, and the seat of the Lord of Hosts, like the torma ritual of the Swift-Acting Wisdom Protector, etc., reside in the midst of fiercely blazing flames. On its head, the kind root guru, with a yellow body, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a wish-fulfilling jewel at the heart, and the left hand holding a golden bell, possessing unbearable splendor.

Possessing. Merely remembering him grants the ground of non-retrogression. If you pray, he easily bestows supreme and common accomplishments. You who have no obstacles to power and miracles. You who have no delay in compassion. You who have no distance of far or near in blessings, please bless us through the inexhaustible doors of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities! Bless us right now! Bless us swiftly! Bless us in this very place! Three times. Having prayed in this way, light rays like iron hooks emanate from the lama's heart center, striking the protector residing in the Cool Grove, and just as a fish is caught by a hook, he is invited involuntarily. In the sky above your crown, the sounds of ḍāmaru and bell resound, and I will dispel all your adverse conditions and obstacles. I will accomplish all favorable conditions, he speaks clearly, and then dissolves into the samaya being of the protector at the crown of your head, so think that he has become the actual wisdom deity, the protector of the Cool Grove.
