Therefore, do not deliberately cultivate non-conceptualization, and do not deliberately suppress conceptualization, but maintain the continuity of mindfulness without losing it. Having meditated in this way, through meditating on not focusing on anything, non-conceptualization naturally arises. This clear, empty, beyond-mind, and indescribable naked awareness arises from within, and it is called the wisdom of insight. Do not cling to it, but practice it through sessions of instructions. As for conduct, from the moment of getting up from bed, rise in a state of not losing the continuity of mindfulness of meditative equipoise. Whatever actions you do, maintain mindfulness without interruption. Whatever good experiences, bliss, clarity, or non-conceptualization arise, do not cling to them. Whatever happiness arises in body and mind, do not cling to it, but look at the nature of happiness and equalize the taste in emptiness. Whatever unpleasant illnesses and sufferings arise in body and mind, look at their nature. Since it is the bad karma of previous lives, it is exhausted by experiencing karma, and one will not experience the fruition of karma in the future, so think, "Ah, how wonderful!" and take it as the path. The result is that by practicing the three—view, meditation, and conduct—one understands the true state of mind, and the adventitious stains are gradually purified. Thus, all the qualities of the path, such as the stages of the four yogas, are manifested, and one attains Buddhahood with the three kayas and five wisdoms. This profound essential instruction was written by Gomchenpa Gyaltsen Palzangpo at the request of Lama Khyungton Dorje in the vast mansion. May all sentient beings in the dark southern continent, through this merit, have the sun of the true Dharma rise and attain the state of Buddhahood. May auspiciousness, goodness, splendor, and accomplishment be fulfilled! May the merit of this construction quickly attain Buddhahood! Mangalam! Shubham! Good!
