One should abide in the state of unborn. The second transcendence meditation sequence. For the initial practitioner, when afflictions and conceptual thoughts arise, desire is also a conceptual thought. That conceptual thought merges into the mind, and the mind also abides in the unborn. After thinking, abide in that state. Likewise, all conceptual thoughts, one should understand as pure appearances. The new practitioner meditates on the true nature, like the waves of a great ocean, from coarse to clear, one should know this as the path to Buddhahood. Pacifying the obstacles of the aggregates. Even if the karmic diseases of arising, abiding, and ceasing arise, discrimination is awareness. In the three doors of liberation of awareness, regard him as a noble person, and with the perception of great joy, think of the importance of his kindness. If you want to abandon the nature of discriminating mind, it will increase. Like the root of the Sal tree, because it is unborn, there is no need to abandon it. Furthermore, when the suffering of illness harms the body and mind, it is not illness and suffering, but meditate on the guru to whom you pray. The stinging inside the body, and the hot and violent disturbances, if attached to the mind, are like a spider web in a cave. After thinking, the assembly of sick people, like incense smoke, should be emitted from the stinging place, and after five or six times, they will be freed from the stinging. If the body does not hurt and there are discriminations, when the great bliss appears, even being stabbed with a needle will bring happiness. When love and compassion arise, even towards the enemy who takes one's life, the perception of a mother arises again and again. The heretic black six, meditating on objects in the sky, when seeing the discriminations solidified, even hearing a sound by waving his hand. When anger arises, the mother who raised him is also regarded as an enemy. The warmth of meditation. When the mind is tamed from the heart, like a person dying in a dream, if understood, realization arises. This king of instructions, the generation and completion, if understood, then samsara and nirvana are both like the palm and back of the hand. After certainty arises, liberation is attained. This non-dual wisdom, when discriminations are exhausted, arises in the continuum. The three of hearing, thinking, and meditating, with wisdom, looking at one's own mind is thought-born. When awareness abides in its own nature, liberation arises spontaneously.

Reciting it will bring liberation. View and realization become one. When the nature of thoughts arises, Like the footprints of birds flying in the sky, Even the elderly cannot discern them. Conceptual terms gradually fade away. If there is clinging, it is a thought. Without grasping, it is union. Transcending the limits of existence and non-existence, When realization genuinely arises, The result is called the three bodies (Trikaya). In the stages of the three types of individuals, There is no need for diligent practice. Like a child taking medicine, The essence will naturally manifest. Summary of the above meanings: Striving to accumulate merit, Like the sky becoming completely clear, Clouds of various colors appear. Like a clear and bright ocean, Waves and ripples occasionally arise. If one does not recognize ripples as the ocean, One will not see the reflection, and the boat will sink. If one knows that realization is unborn, One will attain the Buddha, free from acceptance and rejection. This is the meaning gathered completely with "Om". Gradually practice the paths and grounds, single-pointed quiescence. In an extremely solitary place, Controlling the five winds, And possessing the physical wheel of illusion, For the sake of liberating beings as vast as the sky, From the ocean of suffering, Practice the yoga of co-emergent union. The three: lineage, clan, and sectarianism, Arise from ordinary thoughts, Causing beings to fall into the ocean of samsara, Therefore, practice the yoga of the yidam deity. The cause of attaining supreme and common siddhis, Is devotion and faith in the holy guru. Visualize the guru on the crown of the head, Think of the guru as the Buddha, and recite three times. After making offerings with the three types of offerings, From the peak of existence downwards, To the lowest hell of uninterrupted suffering, All inner and outer phenomena and beings, Visualize as the nature of unborn. Superior Insight Beyond Elaborations: If thoughts arise in body and mind, Then apply the above instructions. Regard the guru as essential and of great kindness. The reason for this greatness is as follows: The Three Jewels are also thoughts. The eight grounds and five paths are all thoughts, The five senses are also thoughts. Supreme and common achievements are the cause of thoughts. As stated in the Sutra of Manjushri's Play. Detailed Explanation of Transforming Thoughts into the Path: The mind being unborn is the Dharmakaya, Being unobstructed abides as the Sambhogakaya, Being ungraspable is the Nirmanakaya, These three are inseparable, The Victorious Ones say this is the Svabhavikakaya.
