The Sixth Volume of the Damngak Dzö. The Sixth Volume of the Damngak Dzö. The Non-Duality of Wind and Mind by Chöje Rangjung Dorje. The Non-Duality of Wind and Mind by Chöje Rangjung Dorje Resides Here. Homage to Glorious Vajrayogini! There are three methods for entering the non-duality of tummo, wind, and mind: entering the wind into the body, entering the mind, and entering the clear light. To enter the body: at the moment of generating the mind, contemplate oneself as a deity. At the meeting point of the three channels, contemplate a red dharma origin. Within it, contemplate the fire of tummo wisdom, about four fingers in size, red and clear in color, hot and burning to the touch, with a thin and sharp tip. Then, hold one gentle breath and meditate until warmth arises. To enter the mind: as the fire of tummo blazes upward, warming all the channels and dissolving all the knots of the three chakras, the Ham (ཧཾ,ham, seed syllable) at the crown of the head melts, and the bodhicitta drop descends. Meditate on the fire and the drop pervading all the channels until bliss arises. To enter the clear light after bliss and warmth have arisen: remain unwavering in the state of emptiness of mind. Meditate on the inseparability of bliss and emptiness. Homage to the Lama Vajrayogini! Second, the transference of consciousness, the non-duality of wind and mind: relying on the lama and the yidam, the oral instruction for transferring consciousness with blue-red bindus. Contemplate oneself as the yidam. Contemplate the body as empty inside. In the dharma origin at the navel, contemplate a red bindu radiating five colors. At the heart, contemplate the yidam. At the crown of the head, contemplate the lama. From that red bindu, separate a blue bindu, circling the yidam deity at the heart to the right. Touch the feet of the lama at the crown of the head. By pressing down on the upper wind, it goes downward and circles the yidam. Contemplate it dissolving into the bindu at the navel. This is purification. Perform this until any of the following signs appear at the crown of the head: a tingling sensation, a rush of steam, or the awareness wavering in the sky. Then, when the signs of death are complete, apply it to practice: sit in the vajra posture, and by drawing in the lower wind, the bindu rises upward. It dissolves into the yidam at the heart. The yidam rises higher and higher. It dissolves into the lama at the crown of the head. The lama dissolves into light. Contemplate the light as empty. After dissolving into the yidam

Transferring to the Sambhogakaya, merging into the Lama and transferring to the Nirmanakaya, contemplating emptiness and transferring to the Dharmakaya. Namo Dakini! Thirdly, the illusory body, wind, and mind are non-dual, which is considered the three lineages of illusion. The first illusion, introducing the illusory body: Generate devotion to the Lama who is the unborn nature of mind. Place a clear mirror in front. Let your own image appear in it. By looking at it, think that what appears as non-existent is the illusory body. Imagine striking it with many arrows and spears, etc. Also, imagine adorning it with many ornaments. Observe whether you feel happy or unhappy about these two situations. Because it is an illusory body, you will not feel happy or unhappy. Now, withdraw the image into yourself, and if you still do not feel happy or unhappy with your own body as before, go to the marketplace, let people snatch ornaments and beat you, and see if you feel happy or unhappy. If you do not feel it, then it is determined to be like an illusion. Then, establish speech as illusion: Make various praises and criticisms of the image, and it will not feel happy or unhappy. Then, withdraw into yourself and observe. If there is no attachment or hatred, let someone else speak praises and criticisms to you and observe whether you feel happy or unhappy. If you do not feel it, then speech is determined to be like an illusion. Then, if the thoughts of the five poisons do not arise, then the mind is determined to be like an illusion. If you know that everything you think is an illusion, then from then on, the appearance of the deity's body should not be separated from being like an illusion. All sounds should not be separated from being like the sound of emptiness, like an echo in a valley. Thoughts and discriminations should not be separated from the nature of reality. This is the practice of illusion and the first Bardo of life and death. The second illusion is the dream Bardo: Generate Bodhicitta. Visualize yourself as the Yidam. Visualize the syllable (Tibetan: བྃ་, Devanagari: बं, Romanized Sanskrit: bam, Literal Chinese meaning: Bang) at your heart. Now, think that this appearance is a dream. Have a strong desire to know that the dream is a dream. Then, focus your mind on the (Tibetan: བྃ་, Devanagari: बं, Romanized Sanskrit: bam, Literal Chinese meaning: Bang) syllable at your heart and go to sleep. If this does not work, think that everything you are awake to is an illusion. Then, during the day, repeatedly think that it is also a dream. In this way, you will come to know that the dream is a dream. Once you have mastered the dream, you can go to India to travel, go to Bodh Gaya to pay homage, request teachings from Siddhas such as Tilopa, request teachings from Maitreya in Tushita, and visit the realm of the Thirty-Three Gods, etc.
