The Sixth Volume of Instructions Treasury. The General Summary Root Verses of the Great Seal Co-emergent Union Instructions. The Sixth Volume of Instructions Treasury. The General Summary Root Verses of the Great Seal Co-emergent Union Instructions. The General Summary Root Verses of the Great Seal Co-emergent Union Instructions are respectfully recorded. Namo Mahamudraya. (藏文:ན་མོ་མ་ཧཱ་མུ་དྲཱ་ཡ།,梵文天城体:नमो महामुद्राय,梵文罗马拟音:Namo Mahāmudrāya,汉语字面意思:Homage to the Great Seal). For those who teach the Great Seal Co-emergent Union, there are three aspects: preliminaries, main practice, and subsequent practice. Preliminaries also have common and uncommon aspects. The special preliminaries are of three types. First, the four contemplations on the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, impermanence, the results of actions, and the faults of samsara. The first object of contemplation is this precious leisure and endowment, difficult to obtain and easy to lose; now, make it meaningful. Second, all of existence and its contents are impermanent, and life, which is necessary, is like a water bubble. There is no certainty when death will come; when death comes, one becomes a corpse. Therefore, strive to accomplish something beneficial through Dharma. Third, at the time of death, one does not have control, and actions are one's own; therefore, abandon evil. Always pass the time with virtuous deeds. Fourth, the abodes, friends, happiness, and wealth of samsara, are constantly tormented by the three sufferings. Like a feast for the executioner who leads one to the slaughter, cut off attachment and practice enlightenment as a renunciate. The uncommon preliminaries are refuge and bodhicitta, and the four practices of Vajrasattva, mandala, and guru contemplation and recitation. First, visualize the refuge field of deities, and in front, all mother sentient beings such as oneself are present. Taking refuge with the intention of taking refuge. Cultivate the four immeasurables and generate bodhicitta from the heart. Second, visualize Vajrasattva with mantra on the crown of the head. By making confession and vows, a stream of nectar descends, permeating one's body, purifying all sins and obscurations. By reciting the hundred-syllable mantra, signs of purification arise. Third, in the five heaps of practice, generate the five Sugatas and offer the mandala of offerings. By offering actual wealth and visualized emanations, the signs of perfecting the two accumulations gradually arise. Fourth, contemplate the guru on the crown of the head, and with intense devotion, make supplications and receive the four empowerments. By pleasing the guru with the five offerings, the signs of the blessings of compassion entering arise. At the time of concluding the session, the refuge field, Vajrasattva, and the deities of the mandala of practice, the guru, etc., dissolve into light.

Having merged into oneself, Think of being inseparable from their body, speech, and mind. Especially, the preliminary stage of non-attachment is the cause of the condition, The four gurus holding it is the condition of ownership, The object condition, the object of meditation is not mistaken, That immediate condition, abandoning doubts and acceptance, etc., Without refuting or establishing, let whatever arises remain. The main practice is divided into two types: tranquility and insight. First, the key points of the body and the key points of the mind, the key points of the body are: The seven dharmas of meditation are well established without defects. The key points of the mind are divided into general and specific. The general is: Cut off the elaborations of the three times and leave whatever arises as it is. The specific ones are: not grasping, grasping, Grasping firmly, and increasing firmness, there are three. First, there are three objects: object, non-object, and wind. The first is divided into outer and inner, and the outer is: Impure and pure are combined into two. The first is crystal, wall, candle, etc. The second is to hold onto the body of the Tathagata. The faults of sinking and excitement can also be eliminated by the way of looking. The inner holding is any guru or yidam. Its essence is a ball of light, Meditate in the center of your heart. Non-object, the four elements merge into one, holding onto emptiness. The third is the wind, which holds onto the number of vase-like breaths. Grasping and stabilizing, the lotus in the heart is: Black and white, two drops of black and white. Depending on sinking and excitement, meditate as appropriate, or Practice by alternating constantly. Or staying, staying completely, staying definitely, and Staying nearby, taming, and near pacifying. One continuous line and equal staying, nine ways of staying. Firmness and increase, each of the six objects and, Whatever arises in the mind, good or bad, Without refuting or establishing, hold onto each separately. Short sessions, many times, relax And strive. Obstacle removal, increase, those with catalogs, etc. The second is to look at the nature of the mind in insight. The four roots are cut off and the wisdom of emptiness is determined. First, the two of dwelling and moving are separate, The nature of the mind, color, shape, etc. Where to dwell, where to go, what are the three places of arising, ceasing, and dwelling? Like that, determine the nature well. The second is to look at how that color, shape, etc. How it dwells and how it radiates. The viewer himself should also investigate thoroughly. The two of dwelling and moving should also be considered as one or different. Completely seeking, individually examining, analyzing in detail, and The union of tranquility and insight, clarity without conceptualization. བ
