When going to sleep at night, hold the upper and lower breaths, rotate the waist above twenty-one times, shake the head seven times, shake the upper body seventy times, clap the hands seven times, and massage the waist seven times. By doing this, no illness will occur in the body. Then, lie down and rest in the state of Mahamudra. This is a special characteristic not found in all key instructions. Homage to the Guru. There are two aspects to the lower gate: the practice by five skilled individuals and the elimination of bindu defects through five shaking methods. The five skilled individuals are: First, skilled in descending the bindu, like a blacksmith skilled in hammering a mirror; second, skilled in holding the bindu, like gathering the drainage of a pond; third, skilled in drawing the bindu, like drawing water from a well with a pulley; fourth, skilled in spreading the bindu, like fertilizing a rice field; fifth, skilled in entering great wisdom, like clouds clearing in the sky. First, skilled in descending the bindu, like a blacksmith skilled in hammering a mirror: When hammering a mirror, if it's too hot, it will stop; if it's too cold, it will break, like a smoky haze. Similarly, if the bindu is shaken too vigorously, it will be lost; if it's not shaken, even if there is pleasure, it won't arise, so it should be shaken slowly. That is to say, in practice, a yogi who has received empowerment and instructions should seek a consort with characteristics, Generate faith through the law of karma, ripen the continuum through empowerment, and generate certainty through profound teachings. Then, in a secluded place, gather favorable conditions, and the father and mother should sit on one cushion. Both the father and mother should be visualized as deities, and the secret places should be blessed as vajra lotuses. All the channels should be blessed as heroes and heroines, and then slowly engage in union. When bliss just begins to arise, it should be interrupted, and the mind should be left relaxed in the state of reality. When bliss is about to fade, it should be shaken. By doing this repeatedly, bliss will eventually increase, all the channels and winds will burn like fire, all the bindus will flow like water, and then the thought of wanting to let the bindu flow and balance will arise. There are two situations for this. Skilled in holding the bindu, like gathering the drainage of a pond: Just as a pond won't accumulate water if the drainage is not gathered, if one doesn't know how to hold the bindu, the energy of the support will weaken, and the qualities of the method will not manifest.

Ro! There are four key points: Looking at the power of form, straightening the sound thread upwards, connecting the ocean to Mount Meru, and extending awareness to the limit. Looking upwards at the power of form means looking upwards with the eyes. Straightening the sound thread upwards means keeping the upper air as it is and forcefully pulling the lower air upwards three times to the best of your ability. Connecting the ocean to Mount Meru means pressing the intestines tightly against the spine. Extending awareness to the limit means making the mind equal to the limit of the sky. In this way, definitely grasp it with three forceful attempts. Then, leave the mind in the state of its true nature. Then, practice again as before. Then, like a skilled guide drawing well water upwards, there are four key points: Grasping with the iron hook of air, attaching the rope of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), reversing the flow of water upwards.
