The Sixth Volume of Instructions Treasury. Stupa Realization by Teacher Nagarjuna. The Sixth Volume of Instructions Treasury. Stupa Realization by Teacher Nagarjuna. Stupa Realization by Teacher Nagarjuna is complete. I prostrate with reverence at the feet of the holy lama. It is also called "Stupa Realization." It is also called "The Instruction that Cuts Through the Heart." It is also called "Meditating on the Ultimate Bodhicitta." It is also called "Truly Revealing Mahamudra." Among these, the second chapter of the Guhyasamaja, from the Bodhicitta of Akshobhya, says, "For the sake of the holy, all things, meditate that the three realms do not exist. Meditating on non-existent things, is not meditation, what should be meditated is not meditation. Therefore, meditating on things and non-things, is without an object." Based on this, Sarahah composed the song of the Dohakosha. Also, the second chapter of the Guhyasamaja, from the Bodhicitta of Vairochana, says, "Separate from all things, aggregates, elements, and sense bases, and abandon the grasping and the grasped. With the equality of no-self of phenomena, one's own mind is originally unborn, it is the nature of emptiness." Based on this, Teacher Holy Nagarjuna composed the Commentary on Bodhicitta. Therefore, the instructions of these two are this. Its lineage is: Great Vajradhara, Vajrapani, Great Sarahah, Holy Nagarjuna, Aryadeva, Black Bhikshu, Chandrakirti, Brahmin Shri Dhara, Hero Vajra, Mukulumpa, Small Sekharwa, Rza Gonpa, up to Jetsun Sakyapa. This Dharma to be practiced in this way has five meanings: First, decide with view, then accumulate merit, in between hold the mind, then entrust the mind to Suchness, after arising conceptual thoughts, combine with conduct. First, listen in detail to the commentary on Bodhicitta, thereby realize. However, the instruction for practice is this: All external and internal phenomena, are not made by a maker such as Ishvara or Maheshvara, nor are they made by atoms, but one's own mind is completely defiled by the habitual tendencies accumulated from beginningless samsara, virtue

The non-virtuous deeds I commit are like dream horses and cows, etc. In short, they are appearances of my own mind. And the mind itself, if examined properly, is empty of a cause of arising in the beginning, empty of a result of ceasing in the end, and empty of its own nature abiding in the middle. It is of the nature of clear light, and emptiness is also clear, not annihilation. Thus, the inseparability of clarity and emptiness is inexpressible. One should repeatedly gain certainty about such a state and contemplate it as much as possible. Second, accumulating merit: Not in an external and dark place, but in a meditation room, in a clear and secluded place with the sky, facing south, offer four mandalas to Vajradhara (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།), the yidam deity, the lineage lamas, and the root lama. Then, visualize the root lama on the crown of your head and repeatedly generate devotion. Starting from the Buddha, take refuge in the lineage lamas and pray. Offer mandalas again and pray as much as possible. Doing this for a few days is accumulating merit. In between, the method of holding the mind is: In a secluded place, sit in the lotus position, keeping your eyes half-open and half-closed appropriately. Take refuge and cultivate the mind of bodhichitta. Visualize the lama on the crown of your head and generate devotion. Remember the yidam deity. Then, because it is said, "This mind bound by a rope, when loosened, will be liberated without doubt," loosen the mind, naturally, relax, and remain in its original purity, without artificiality. Do not let the mind engage in any actions, whether virtuous or non-virtuous. By doing and abiding in this way, the mind will be held. If it is not held and scatters as a sign, then, because it is said, "Let the mind run wild like an elephant," build a fence for the mind and let it roam freely. Just as a crow flying from a ship circles and circles and then returns to the ship, this is the meaning. By doing this, the extent to which the mind is held is like touching zampa with your hand in your palm, it will not scatter elsewhere, and it will reduce laziness, reduce forgetfulness, and not procrastinate on any task. The fourth general meaning, introducing reality, has three aspects: First, clearly recognize; in the middle, train the mind in freedom from extremes; finally, beyond expression.
