Focus on that. Then visualize Vajra Dakini. Visualize the Hevajra in the center of the heart, with a dark blue-black body, three red and round eyes, bared fangs, and two hands holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort. The right leg is extended on a lotus, and the left leg is bent on a moon. With a crown on the head. Five locks of hair hang to the left. Meditate that he is dwelling in the midst of the fire of wisdom. It is not necessary to clearly visualize the face and hands of the consort, just remember her, because that is also visualizing the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) as the form of the Hevajra of self-nature. This is not meditating by transforming it into a seed syllable. That is the key point of meditation. Third, the key point of filling the air is: exhale three times through the mouth, slightly retracting the abdomen. Press the tongue against the palate. Slightly open the eyes. Touch the crown of the head to the ground, and guide the air with the sound of "Ha'i." Inhale, inflate the upper body, and gently press down. Join the upper and lower air. The focus of the mind is to visualize the lotus petals of the vajra seat in the heart trembling and swaying slightly. Exhale slowly when unable to hold. Again, inhale with the crown of the head touching the ground. It is said not to draw in earth air. By combining and meditating in this way with the seven fundamental chakras, white and red lights will appear, meaning that if white light appears, it is a sign of accomplishment, and if red light appears, it is a sign of non-accomplishment. Meditate after eating nutritious food. If you meditate too much on the navel chakra, you may think of transferring consciousness. If the heart feels hot, release the stiff posture. Shout loudly. This will definitely eliminate it. Second, the focus of the limbs is: practicing the meaning of "burning, shaking, and stability." Sit in the vajra posture. With the thumbs pressing the roots of the index fingers, cross the vajra fists at the heart. The focus of the mind is from the crown of the head to the secret place of the body. Visualize the central channel as thick as a small finger, red in color, without bending or tilting, straight like an arrow. At the base of the vajra channel, visualize a burning Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllable that is not overwhelmed by the four maras, with its head facing upwards. At the crown of the head, visualize a Haṃ syllable filled with bodhicitta, with its head facing downwards. Touch the head to the ground, inhale through both nostrils, and close the mouth, from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllable, many burning Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllables arise. Moving up and down in the central channel

Requesting the Bodhicitta of Saha. Meditate on the thirty-two petals of the crown chakra being filled with fire. Then, visualize the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,IAST: hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ) syllable as blocking a door. It is not like dripping downwards. At times, recite Ha-ring (ཧ་རིང་) as per the instructions. Visualize it becoming clear, and also visualize the chakras of the throat and heart being filled. Finally, meditate on the entire body being filled, blissfully empty, and emptily blissful, contemplating bliss and emptiness as inseparable. In this way, direct your focus towards the rainbow-like form of the deity. Cultivate whatever experiences arise spontaneously. During these times, if a large amount of impurity arises, wipe and rub it with your hands. If nosebleeds occur due to excessive upward pressure, lie on your back. Slightly clench your hands into fists and place them on your eyes, stretching towards the throat, which will stop it. If that doesn't stop it, then proceed as with the feather-flicking practice. If dripping occurs, then proceed as with the practice of the fourth empowerment. In this way, alternately meditate on the visualizations of the root and branches, which is the main practice. The others are explained in the instruction manual, which states to meditate on the lungs above and the liver below. Here, the reversal of above and below is due to the guru's oral instructions, and because the heart-pulse is connected, so that beginners can comfortably lift the heart upwards. The thirty-two channels are not mentioned at all, so they are not necessarily required, and there is no contradiction if they are done. These are the essential instructions, secretly transmitted, according to the words of the venerable Kunkhyen Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo (དཀོན་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ). Recorded as a personal notebook by one named Jatongpa Mati (བྱ་བཏང་པ་མ་ཏི). May the Dharma protectors and the assembly of dakinis forgive and bless this. May all obstacles be pacified for us yogis who practice the profound path, and may we perfect the yoga of the two stages and benefit countless sentient beings. Sarva Mangalam (སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།,梵文天城体:सर्व मङ्गलम्,IAST: sarva maṅgalam, meaning: All auspiciousness). Fifth volume of the Treasury of Instructions, notes on the secret oral instructions.
