观世音菩萨。 愿获得自生智慧之胜果。 别解脱戒、菩萨戒、密咒戒的， 违犯过失罪堕融入我。 我守护三戒之善根， 等同虚空般的༴。 三戒清净之后， 乃至不生违犯之丝毫垢染， 愿获得种姓总集金刚心。 杀生、损毁三宝等， 短命业障融入我༴。 建造三宝、救护生命之善， 等同虚空般的༴。 不出现非时死亡之名， 愿获得金刚长寿佛。 风、胆、涎、聚合等， 众生之内的一切病痛融入我༴。 戒除打骂、布施医药等， 无病安乐之善根， 等同虚空般的༴。 清除三毒之内在药师佛， 愿获得琉璃光佛之身。 偷盗、抢夺、不予取， 饥渴贫困融入我。 供养佛法财物之果， 无论有多少， 等同虚空般的༴。 愿一切所需不费力气自然成就， 受用无尽虚空藏。 仅仅造作非善业， 将于不净刹土中受生之， 无论有多少业障融入我༴。 发起菩提心及十种转变等， 等同虚空般的༴。 愿一切皆于现喜安乐等， 仅仅于清净刹土中受生。 仅仅修习邪见， 不令诸佛菩萨欢喜之， 无论有多少业障融入我༴。 三种信心之善根等， 等同虚空般的༴。 对于不虚之业及果报， 从内心深处生起之确信， 愿能行善断恶。 仅仅串习我执， 将自现视为仇敌之， 所有贪嗔融入我༴。 四无量心之善根， 等同虚空般的༴。 愿一切皆具慈爱、悲心及， 喜悦、舍心。 将错觉执为真实之心， 痛苦之根源融入我。 证悟空性及无我之， 布施于等同虚空之众生。 于相续中生起甚深空性， 愿获得圆满正觉之胜位。 总之十六种怖畏等， 与不悦意之事相遇， 亲友、饮食、财物、住所、道友等， 与所欲之物分离， 调伏怨敌、守护亲友、农耕等， 现有之事无力维持， 权势、受用、名声等， 愿没有的去寻求也无法找到， 突发障碍、意外惊吓等， 变异之苦

Avalokiteśvara. May I attain the supreme, self-arisen wisdom. The breaches and downfalls of individual liberation, Bodhisattva, and secret mantra vows, may they be absorbed into me. The virtue of my guarding the three vows, Like the sky, may it be equal. Having purified the three vows, So that not even a trace of defilement arises, May I attain the Vajra Mind of the gathered lineages. Killing, destroying the three supports, and so on, Shortening life, may karmic obscurations be absorbed into me. Building the three supports and saving lives, the virtue, Like the sky, may it be equal. May the name of untimely death not be heard, May I attain the Vajra Amitayus. Wind, bile, phlegm, aggregation, and so on, All the inner ailments of beings, may they be absorbed into me. Abandoning striking and beating, giving medicine, and so on, The roots of virtue of health and happiness, Like the sky, may they be equal. The Medicine Buddha who cures the three poisons, May I attain the body of Vaidurya light. Stealing, robbing, taking what is not given, Hunger, thirst, poverty, may they be absorbed into me. The fruit of offering Dharma and wealth, however much there is, Like the sky, may it be equal. May all desires be spontaneously accomplished without effort, May I enjoy the inexhaustible treasury of space. Merely doing non-virtue, Being born in impure realms, Whatever karmic obscurations there are, may they be absorbed into me. Generating Bodhicitta and the ten transformations, and so on, Like the sky, may it be equal. May all be born only in pure realms, such as Abhirati, endowed with bliss. Merely meditating on wrong views, Not pleasing the Three Jewels, Whatever karmic obscurations there are, may they be absorbed into me. The roots of virtue of the three kinds of faith, and so on, Like the sky, may it be equal. In the unfailing action and result, With conviction bursting forth from the heart, May I do good and abandon evil. Merely being accustomed to self-grasping, Seeing self-appearance as an enemy, All attachment and hatred, may they be absorbed into me. The roots of virtue of the four immeasurables, Like the sky, may they be equal. May all be endowed with love, compassion, And joy, and equanimity. The mind that grasps illusory appearances as true, The source of suffering, may it be absorbed into me. The realization of emptiness and selflessness, May it be given to beings equal to the sky. May profound emptiness be born in the mindstream, May I attain the supreme state of perfect enlightenment. In short, the sixteen fears, and so on, Meeting with the undesirable, Friends, food, wealth, dwelling, companions, and so on, Separating from all that is desired, Subduing enemies, protecting friends, farming, and so on, Not being able to sustain what exists, Power, enjoyment, fame, and so on, Not finding what is sought, Sudden obstacles, unexpected frights, and so on, The suffering of change.

所有痛苦，我皆承受。 将三世善妙诸事物，以及福禄权势身与命，毫不吝惜布施于众生。 愿一切有情皆具安乐，并能趣入菩提之行。 我之讲经说法与劝善，以及食肉饮乳与骑乘。 于我具信敬献饮食财物者，不信邪见不敬毁谤者， 以及抢夺殴打怀恶意者，善与恶业结缘等等。 总而言之，凡见我身者，闻我名者，忆我功过者， 以及为风所吹拂、为水所沾湿、为我所触及之一切众生， 皆能无始罪障悉皆净，由圣观世音菩萨大悲力，引至极乐世界。 愿我身语意三门之行，乃至身上之毛孔，皆能成办利益众生之事。 愿损害我身命者，人与非人怀有恶意者，皆能即刻成佛。 愿依于我，不生丝毫罪恶之果。 如梦如水月如幻影，细察则无真实性。 此我执欺骗了一切，我与虚空般之众生，以及鬼魔人非人等， 于胜义谛中皆平等，执著空性为实乃为错谬。 于世俗中无未曾为父母者，世间之上，有何恩德胜于父母？ 于母与子怀有恶意乃为错谬，因此对于父母有情，以无有偏颇之心忆念恩德， 将利益与胜利布施于他者，亏损与失败自己承受。 愿以此清净意乐之威力，一切众生净除业障圆满资粮， 殊胜菩提心珍宝，具足空性大悲之精华，不颠倒之成佛道， 能轻易生起，并迅速获得圆满正觉果位。此乃修持转心向道之法门，于寂静山间，由具慧者无边之心所发之真切祈愿。吉祥圆满！ 《窍诀宝藏》第四函，《修心祈愿文：入菩萨行大海》。

May all sufferings be taken upon myself. May I take upon myself the clinging to self. May I give away to beings without any reservation all virtuous things of the three times, as well as fortune, power, body, and life. May all sentient beings be endowed with happiness and joy. May they enter the practice of enlightenment. May those who listen to my Dharma teachings and encourage virtue, who eat meat, drink milk, and ride animals, who have faith and respect for me and offer food and wealth, who are faithless, have wrong views, disrespect and slander me, who rob, steal, beat, and hold evil thoughts, and who are connected by good or bad karma, in short, all beings who see my body, hear my name, remember my faults and virtues, and all those who are touched by the wind and water that I have touched, may all their beginningless sins and obscurations be exhausted, and may they be led to the Land of Bliss by the great compassion of the noble Avalokiteshvara. May the actions of my three doors, even the pores of my body, be able to benefit beings alone. May those who harm my body and life, beings, both human and non-human, who have harmful thoughts, attain enlightenment in their very first moment. May no one, relying on me, ever experience the fruit of sin. Like dreams, water moons, and mirages, which are not established as true when examined, this self-grasping has deceived all. I and all beings equal to space, as well as demons, obstacles, humans, and non-humans, are equal in the ultimate emptiness. To cling to emptiness as true is a mistake. In the relative world, there is no one who has not been our parent. In this world, what is more kind than parents? To hold harmful thoughts towards mothers and children is a mistake. Therefore, remembering the kindness of parents and sentient beings without partiality, may I give away profit and victory to others, and take upon myself loss and defeat. Through the power of this pure intention of mine, may all beings purify their obscurations and complete their accumulations, and may the supreme precious Bodhichitta, possessing the essence of emptiness and compassion, the unerring path of the Victorious Ones, be easily born, and may I quickly attain perfect enlightenment. This is a heartfelt aspiration made by Lodrö Thaye, who practices mind training as a path, in a secluded mountain hermitage. May there be auspiciousness!
