ས་བསྟེན། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཉེས་སྤྱོད་དྲི་མ་འཁྱུད་པའི་ཆུ། །ཉོན་མོངས་ཚ་གདུང་སེལ་བའི་ཟླ་བའི་འོད། །སྐྱེས་དགུའི་དབུས་ན་ལྷུན་པོ་ལྟ་བུར་བརྗིད། །སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་བསྡིགས་པ་མེད་པར་འགྲོ་ཀུན་འདུད། །དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་ནས་ཡང་དག་བླངས་པའི་ཁྲིམས། །དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མིག་བཞིན་བསྲུང་བར་མཛོད། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ བཟོད་པ་སྟོབས་ལྡན་རྣམས་ལ་རྒྱན་གྱི་མཆོག །ཉོན་མོངས་གསང་བའི་དཀའ་ཐུབ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཕུལ། །ཞེ་སྡང་ལག་འགྲོའི་དགྲ་ལ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང༌། །ཚིག་རྩུབ་མཚོན་ལ་སྲ་བའི་གོ་ཆ་ཡིན། །དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་ནས་བཟོད་མཆོག་གོ་ཆ་ལ། །རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཚུལ་གྱིས་བསྒོམས་པར་མཛད། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ མི་ལྡོག་བརྟན་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་གོ་བགོས་ན། །ལུང་རྟོགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡར་ངོའི་ཟླ་བཞིན་འཕེལ། །སྤྱོད་ལམ་ཐམས་ཅད་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར། །གང་བརྩམས་ལས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་རྣམས་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་ནས་ལེ་ལོ་ཀུན་སེལ་བའི། །རླབས་ཆེན་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་རྒྱལ་སྲས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བརྩམས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ བསམ་གཏན་སེམས་ལ་དབང་སྒྱུར་རྒྱལ་བོ་སྟེ། །བཞག་ན་གཡོ་མེད་རི་ཡི་དབང་བོ་བཞིན། །བཏང་ན་དགེ་བའི་དམིགས་པ་ཀུན་ལ་འཇུག །ལུས་སེམས་ལས་སུ་རུང་བའི་བདེ་ཆེན་འདྲེན། །དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་ནས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དབང་བོ་རྣམས། །རྣམ་གཡེང་དགྲ་འཇོམས་ཏིང་འཛིན་རྒྱུན་ཏུ་བསྟེན། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ ཤེས་རབ་ཟབ་མོའི་དེ་ཉིད་བལྟ་བའི་མིག །སྲིད་པའི་རྩ་བ་དྲུང་ནས་འབྱིན་པའི་ལམ། །གསུང་རབ་ཀུན་ལས་བསྔགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གཏེར། །གཏི་མུག་མུན་སེལ་སྒྲོན་མེའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་ གྲགས། །དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་ནས་ཐར་འདོད་མཁས་པ་ཡིས། །ལམ་དེ་འབད་པ་དུ་མས་བསྐྱེད་པར་མཛད། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ རྩེ་གཅིག་བསམ་གཏན་ཙམ་ལས་འཁོར་བ་ཡི། །རྩ་བ་གཅོད་པའི་ནུས་པ་མ་མཐོང་ཞིང༌། །ཞི་གནས་ལམ་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས། །ཇི་ཙམ་དཔྱད་ཀྱང་ཉོན་མོངས་མི་ལྡོག་པས། །ཡིན་ལུགས་ཕུག་ཐག་ཆོད་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་དེ། །གཡོ་མེད་ཞི་གནས་རྟ་ལ་བསྐྱོན་ནས་ནི། །མཐའ་བྲལ་དབུ་མའི་རིག་པའི་མཚོན་རྣོན་གྱིས། །མཐར་འཛིན་དམིགས་གཏད་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇིག་བྱེད་པའི། །ཚུལ་བཞིན་དཔྱོད་པའི་ཡངས་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས། །དེ་ཉིད་རྟོགས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱས་པར་མཛད། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ རྩེ་གཅིག་བསྒོམས་པས་ཏིང་འཛིན་འགྲུབ་པ་ནི། །སྨོས་པར་ཅི་འཚལ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དཔྱོད་པ་ཡི། །སོ་སོར་རྟོག་པ་ཡིས་ཀྱང་ཡིན་ལུགས་ལ། །གཡོ་མེད་ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྟན་པར་གནས་པ་ཡི། །ཏིང་འཛིན་བསྐྱེད་པར་མཐོང་ནས་ཞི་ལྷག་གཉིས། །ཟུང་འབྲེལ་སྒྲུབ་ལ་བརྩོན་རྣམས་ཡ་མཚན་ནོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར། །ཐར་འདོད། །མཉམ་བཞག་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྟོང་ཉིད་དང༌། །རྗེས་ཐོབ་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྟོང་བ་གཉིས། །བསྒོམས་ནས་ཐབས་ཤེས་ཟུང་དུ་འབྲེལ་བ་ཡིས། །རྒྱལ་སྲས་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ་བ་བསྔགས། །དེ་ལྟར་རྟོགས་ནས་ཕྱོགས་རེའི་ལམ་གྱིས་ནི། །ཚིམ་པ་མེད་པ་སྐལ་བཟང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུགས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ ༈ །དེ་ལྟར་རྒྱུ་དང་འབྲས་བུའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི། །ལམ་མཆོག་གཉིས་ཀར་དགོས་པའི་ཐུན་མོང་ལམ། །ཇི་བཞིན་དཔྱད་ནས་མཁས་པའི་དེད་དཔོན་གྱི། །མགོན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་རྒྱུད་སྡེ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེར། །ཞུགས་ནས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་མན་ངག་བརྟེན་པ་དེས། །དལ་འབྱོར་ཐོབ་པ་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར༴ ཐར་འདོད༴ ༈ །རང་གི་ཡིད་ལ་གོམས་པར་བྱ་ཕྱིར་དང༌། །སྐལ་བཟང་གཞན་ལའང་ ཕན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །རྒྱལ་བ་དགྱེས་པའི་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པའི་ལམ། །གོ་སླའི་ངག་གིས་བཤད་པའི་དགེ་བ་དེས། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་ཀྱང་རྣམ་དག་ལམ་བཟང་དང༌། །འབྲལ་མེད་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་ནི་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་ངས་ཀྱང་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་ལྟར་བཏབ། །ཐར་འདོད་ཁྱེད་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་འདེབས་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པའི་ཉམས་ལེན་གྱི་རྣམ་བཞག་མདོར་བསྡུས་ཏེ་བརྗོད་པ་རང་བྱས་པ་འདི་ནི་མང་དུ་ཐོས་པའི་དགེ་སློང་སྤོང་བ་པ་བློ་བཟང་གྲགས་པའི་དཔལ་གྱིས། །འབྲོག་རི་བོ་དགེ་ལྡན་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་གླིང་དུ་སྦྱར་བའོ།། །། ༈ །འདི་ཉིད་བཤེར་སྒོམ་གྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་ངག་འདོན་བགྱིད་པའི་ཚེ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་ངས་ཀྱང་སོགས་ཚིག་རྐང་གཉིས་ལ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་བླ་མས་ཉམས་ལེན་དེ་ལྟར་མཛད། །ཐར་འདོད་བདག་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་བསྐྱང་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་བསྒྱུར་ནས་བརྗོད་པ་གསུང་རྒྱུན་ལས་འབྱུང་ངོ༌། །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། །། གདམས་ངག་མཛོད་པོད་གསུམ་པ། བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པའི་ཉམས་ལེན་བསྡུས་དོན་གྱི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ།

地基。 瑜伽士。 欲解脱者。 戒律是洗涤罪恶污垢的水， 是消除烦恼热恼的月光。 在众生之中，如须弥山般庄严， 不以暴力威胁，众生皆敬仰。 如是知晓后，正确受持的戒律， 请诸位圣者如护眼般守护。 瑜伽士。 欲解脱者。 忍辱是力量具足者的最佳庄严， 是隐秘烦恼苦行的极致。 对于嗔恨如手的敌人，如天空般宽广， 对于粗语利器，是坚固的盔甲。 如是知晓后，对于忍辱的殊胜盔甲， 请以各种方式如理修习。 瑜伽士。 欲解脱者。 若披上不退转坚定的精进之甲， 则闻思修功德如上弦月般增长。 一切行为皆变得有意义， 所作事业的终结皆如意成就。 如是知晓后，为了消除一切懈怠， 伟大的精进，请诸位佛子发起。 瑜伽士。 欲解脱者。 禅定是掌控内心的君王， 安住时如如不动的山王。 放任时则趋入一切善妙之境， 引来身心堪能的大乐。 如是知晓后，瑜伽自在者们， 请息灭散乱之敌，恒常修习禅定。 瑜伽士。 欲解脱者。 智慧是观视甚深实相之眼， 是从根拔除有寂之道的途径， 是所有经藏中赞叹的功德宝藏， 是消除愚昧黑暗的最胜明灯。 如是知晓后，欲解脱的智者们， 请以诸多精勤生起此道。 瑜伽士。 欲解脱者。 仅仅依靠专注的禅定， 未见有能断轮回之根的能力， 若以脱离止观双运之道的智慧， 无论如何观察亦无法逆转烦恼。 因此，通达实相究竟的智慧， 需乘于无动摇的止观之马， 以无偏中观的锐利智慧之剑， 摧毁一切执着所缘。 以如理观察的广大智慧， 请增长证悟实相的智慧。

The ground. Yogis. Those who desire liberation. Morality is the water that washes away the stains of misdeeds, The moonlight that dispels the heat of afflictions. In the midst of beings, it stands majestic like Mount Meru, Without threatening with force, all beings revere it. Having known this, the precepts taken correctly, May the noble ones guard them like their eyes. Yogis. Those who desire liberation. Forbearance is the supreme ornament for those with strength, The pinnacle of all secret asceticism of afflictions. To the enemy of anger, like a hand, it is as vast as the sky, To the weapon of harsh words, it is a strong armor. Having known this, for the supreme armor of forbearance, May you meditate in various ways according to the Dharma. Yogis. Those who desire liberation. If you put on the armor of irreversible, steadfast diligence, The qualities of learning and realization will increase like the waxing moon. All actions will become meaningful, The ends of whatever work is undertaken will be accomplished as desired. Having known this, to eliminate all laziness, May the great diligence be undertaken by the sons of the Victorious Ones. Yogis. Those who desire liberation. Meditation is the king who controls the mind, When placed, it is immovable like the king of mountains. When released, it engages in all virtuous objects, It draws in the great bliss that makes body and mind serviceable. Having known this, may the yogic masters, Destroy the enemy of distraction and constantly cultivate meditation. Yogis. Those who desire liberation. Wisdom is the eye that sees the profound reality, The path that uproots the root of existence, The treasure of qualities praised in all the scriptures, It is known as the supreme lamp that dispels the darkness of ignorance. Having known this, may the wise ones who desire liberation, Generate that path with many efforts. Yogis. Those who desire liberation. Merely through one-pointed meditation, No ability to cut the root of samsara has been seen, If with wisdom separated from the path of calm abiding and insight, No matter how much you analyze, afflictions will not be reversed. Therefore, that wisdom that penetrates the ultimate nature of reality, Having mounted the unwavering horse of calm abiding, With the sharp sword of the wisdom of the Middle Way free from extremes, Destroying all clinging to objects, With the vast wisdom of properly examining, May you increase the intelligence that realizes that very nature.

心极稳固安住者，见生定故寂与胜，双运修持勤奋者，稀奇瑜伽。求解脱者。等持如虚空般的空性，后得如幻术般的空性二者，修持后以方便智慧双运，赞叹佛子行之度彼岸。如是了悟后以片面之道，不知足乃具缘者之行。瑜伽。求解脱者。如此因与果之大乘，二者殊胜道所须之共同道，如实观察后依止智者导师，入于续部大海中，依止圆满诀窍者，使暇满获得有意义。瑜伽。求解脱者。为了使自心习惯，也为了利益其他具缘者，以令诸佛欢喜之圆满道，以易懂之语讲述之善根，祈愿一切众生亦与清净妙道，永不分离。瑜伽我亦如是祈愿。求解脱您亦如是祈愿。如是菩提道次第之修持法类之略义，乃多闻比丘弃世者洛桑扎巴吉祥所造于哲蚌寺格丹南巴嘉卫林。

Those who diligently strive to achieve the union of calm abiding and insight, having seen that it generates samadhi, are truly amazing. Yogi. Those who desire liberation. The emptiness of meditative equipoise, like the sky, and the emptiness of subsequent attainment, like illusion, are meditated upon. By uniting skillful means and wisdom, the practice of the bodhisattvas, going to the other shore, is praised. Having realized this, the path of only one aspect is not satisfying, which is the way of the fortunate ones. Yogi. Those who desire liberation. Thus, the common path needed for both the cause and effect Great Vehicle's supreme paths, having examined it as it is, relying on the wise guide, entering the great ocean of tantras, relying on the complete instructions, makes the attainment of leisure and opportunity meaningful. Yogi. Those who desire liberation. In order to familiarize one's own mind, and also to benefit other fortunate ones, with the complete path that pleases the Buddhas, by the virtue of speaking in easy-to-understand words, may all beings never be separated from the pure and excellent path. Yogi, I also make this aspiration. Those who desire liberation, may you also make this aspiration. This concise explanation of the practice of the stages of the path to enlightenment was composed by the greatly learned renunciate monk Lobsang Drakpa at Drepung Geden Nampar Gyalwai Ling.
