Dharma. How to uphold the vows of mantra, and keep all the precepts. The substances of vows and the words of mantra, should not be proclaimed to those who have not received empowerment, and all harm to the teachings should be abandoned. Whoever holds the Vajra, touches the supreme accomplishment. Thus it should be said. Fourth, the taking in has two parts, the supplication: The Lama Vajradhara, is the sole friend in the three realms of samsara. The refuge of beings without protectors, the great ladder of liberation, the lamp that dispels ignorance. I take refuge in the lord of the assembly of darkness. In the swamp of samsara, save me who is drowning and without refuge. Burned by the fire of afflictions, cool me with the rain of compassion. In this excellent mandala of your heart, I pray that I may truly abide. Thus three times. And again it is said: Lama Vajradhara, I pray with reverence. Since I have entered the empowerment of the Great Perfection of self-nature, please show me the mandala of Ati, the reality of my own mind. Thus say three times. Second, the granting of permission: The Lama says: Ema, son, you have good fortune, I will show you the Great Perfection mandala. Eliminate all the thoughts of the mind, and liberate all the bonds of the world. Here there is no term for acceptance or rejection, by purifying the lineages and bloodlines, the body and speech are the basis of happiness, so from now on do not turn back. Thus it is said. Fifth, the descent of blessings: All the disciples stand up, join their palms at their hearts and close their eyes. Generate faith and reverence. On the crown of the Lama's head, visualize the root and lineage Lamas, as well as the five families of Yidam and the clouds of the five families of Dakinis descending densely, visualizing them clearly in order and merging them without distinction, each reciting their names, playing musical instruments, and burning incense with incense and rich oil. Therefore, wisdom descends. Second meaning, the actual empowerment: Have the disciples sit in the lotus position and meditate on Vajrasattva, placing the Torma on their heads. The Lama previously visualized, the forms of the three, Yidam and Dakini, and the Lama himself visualized as Kuntu Zangpo Yabyum, from the crown of their heads, countless white rays of light emerged.

Blue light emanates from the hearts of the deity and guru. Touching the disciple's heart. The obscurations of mind are purified. The accomplishment of mind, a stream of nectar descends. The body is filled, and one contemplates being unified in great bliss. Hūṃ. The empowerment of mind is bestowed upon the mind. May the obscurations of mind be purified. May the accomplishment of mind be attained. May the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge be received. Hūṃ citta jñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Thus saying. Fourth, the empowerment of meaning, the empowerment of the power of rigpa in Dzogchen, is the introduction to the self-perfected, single bindu of the dharmakāya, which is the self-radiance of rigpa, transparent and clear, from the expanse within the uncorrected nature of mind. In the wheel of precious empowerments, it says: In the past, in a city called Serkya in India, a king's son went to see a spectacle. The prince wandered off and became like a beggar. Then, at some point, a minister recognized him. Through empowerment, the retinue and subjects were gathered under his rule. Similarly, from the primordial Buddha and sentient beings seeing the light, not recognizing their own nature, delusion arises. To point out that nature is: Through the empowerment of self-aware wisdom, the signs of samsara are liberated in their own place. Thus it is said. For example, a prince; the nature is self-aware. The sign is the present awareness, self-radiant and self-arising, generating certainty in this as the Buddha, and introducing it. Then, enjoying the gathering and partaking of the torma, knowing it as accomplishment, dedicating the merit and making aspirations, vajra.
