འི་རྣམ་པར་ལྡང་། ། གསུམ་པ་རྗེས་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ནི། གང་འདིར་གཉུག་མ་ཆེ་མཆོག་སྟེར་བའི་ལྷ། །བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཟབ་ མོའི་ལེགས་བྱས་མི་དམན་པ། །འདིས་མཚོན་སྐྱེ་འཕགས་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་དགེ་སྟོབས་ལས། །དེང་ སྐབས་འཆི་མེད་སྲོག་རྩ་རབ་བརྟན་ཤོག །དེར་བརྟེན་སྒོ་གསུམ་རླབས་ཆེན་མཐུ་རྒྱས་ ཏེ། །རྣམ་དཀར་མཛད་པ་བཟང་པོས་བསྟན་འགྲོ་སྐྱོང་། །འཕྲལ་ཡུན་དགེ་མཚན་སྣང་བ་ འབུམ་བརྡལ་བས། །གང་འདུལ་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་ཉམས་པ་མེད་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་ ཀུན་བཟང་རྒྱ་ཆེར་སྤྱོད། །ནམ་མཁའ་ཇི་སྲིད་བར་དུ་འགྲོ་ཕན་གྱི། །མཛད་ཆེན་སྒོ་ཡང་ 9-432 ཕྱོགས་མཐར་ཡོངས་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་། །འཕྲིན་ལས་འཇུག་པ་ཆེས་ཆེར་རྟག་འབར་ཤོག །རིམ་ པས་སྤངས་རྟོགས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ཏེ། །མཐར་ཐུག་གཏན་བདེ་དགོངས་པ་མངོན་བྱས་ ཚེ། །དོན་གཉིས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་ཟད་མེད་པས། །གདུལ་བྱ་གང་ལ་གཡེལ་བ་བྲལ་ གྱུར་ཅིག །གོ་འཕང་འཆི་མེད་སྐུ་བཞིའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས། །འཕྲིན་ལས་འཇིགས་སྐྱོབ་སྒྲོལ་ མའི་འཕྲུལ་ཆེན་གར། །རྣམ་རྒྱལ་དཔའ་མོའི་གསང་གསུམ་རླབས་དར་བས། །འཁོར་བ་ཇི་ སྲིད་འགྲོ་ཕན་ལེགས་འབྱུང་ཤོག །འདིའི་བསྙེན་གྲངས་བྱེ་བ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་དང་ཁ་བསྐང་བྱེ་བ་གཉིས་ལེགས་འགྲུབ་ སྐལ་བ་ཡོད་ཚེ་གེགས་བྲལ་དོན་གཉིས་ཆེར་འཕེལ་དུ་སྣང་ངོ་། །ཞེས་པའི་ཚེ་ལྷ་གསུམ་སྦྲེལ་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཡང་ཟབ་ངེས་དོན་ དགོངས་བཅུད་འདི། གཙང་ཆེན་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་གང་གིས་བཀའ་ཕེབས་ལྟར། མ་ཏིས་ལྷག་བསམ་དགེ་བའི་ངང་གུས་པ་ཆེན་པོས་ ལེགས་ཕུལ་གྱིས་གང་ཉིད་མི་འཇིགས་གདོང་ལྔའི་ཁྲི་ལ་རྟག་བརྟན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག་གུ། །། ལྷག་བསམ་དག་པས་རབ་དཀར་རྟེན་བཞེངས་འདིས། །རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་བྱེད་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་དང་། །བཞེངས་མཁན་སྒྲིབ་ སྦྱངས་ཚོགས་ཆེན་རབ་རྫོགས་ཤིང་། །དོན་གཉིས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་མྱུར་སྤྱོད་ཤོག །འདི་ཡང་མ་ཏིས་སོ།། །། 目錄 ཚེ་ལྷ་གསུམ་སྦྲེལ་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཡང་ཟབ་ངེས་དོན་དགོངས་བཅུད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་སོ། །

第三，回向与发愿：祈愿在此处赐予原始大乐的本尊神，以及通过精进修持获得的殊胜功德，以此为代表，所有生者与圣者的功德力，能使当下的长寿命脉得以稳固。因此，愿身语意三门的力量增长广大，以清净善妙的行为护持佛法与众生。愿暂时与究竟的吉祥景象如百千倍般增长，使一切应调伏者的殊胜行为永不衰退。从现在开始，愿能像普贤菩萨一样广行，直至虚空边际，利益众生的伟大事业，其门径也能遍及四方，事业的开展恒常炽盛。愿次第圆满断证功德，最终证悟究竟安乐之意，以二利（自利、利他）如海般的功德，使调伏众生之事永不懈怠。愿以不死的果位和四身自在的力量，以及救度怖畏度母的伟大幻化之舞，和尊胜佛母身语意的殊胜力量，使轮回不空，利益众生之事得以圆满成就。如果能圆满完成此仪轨一百八十万遍的念诵，以及两百万遍的补念，便能消除障碍，使二利事业得以增长广大。此为三尊长寿佛合修法的甚深修法，是确定意义的精要。正如至尊大成就者所言，玛蒂以纯净的意乐和极大的恭敬心，献上此仪轨，愿他能永远安住在无畏金刚座上。 以此清净意乐所建立的纯白所依，愿能成为取悦根本上师的供云，愿建立者消除业障，圆满积聚资粮，迅速享用二利如海般的功德。此亦为玛蒂所作。

Third, the dedication and aspiration: May the deity who bestows the original great bliss here, and the excellent deeds of profound practice, along with the virtuous power of all beings and noble ones, stabilize the life force of immortality at this time. Therefore, may the power of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) increase greatly, and may the teachings and beings be protected by virtuous and excellent actions. May the auspicious appearances of temporary and ultimate benefit increase a hundred thousand times, so that the supreme conduct of those to be tamed may never decline. From now on, may we act as extensively as Samantabhadra, and until the extent of space, may the great deeds of benefiting beings, and the doors of activity, be universally pervasive in all directions, and may the engagement of activity be ever blazing. May we gradually perfect the qualities of abandonment and realization, and when we realize the ultimate and lasting bliss, may we never be distracted from taming beings with the inexhaustible glory of the ocean of two benefits (benefit of self and benefit of others). May the power of the immortal state and the four bodies, the great magical dance of Tara who saves from fear, and the glorious power of the three secrets of Vijaya, bring about the benefit of beings as long as samsara exists. If one has the fortune to complete one hundred and eighty million recitations of this practice and two million supplementary recitations, obstacles will be removed, and the two benefits will greatly increase. This is the profound practice of the combined sadhana of the three longevity deities, the essence of the definitive meaning. As instructed by the great Tsaṅ Chen, Mati offered this with pure intention and great reverence, may he forever remain steadfast on the throne of the fearless five-faced one. With this pure intention, may this pure white support become a cloud of offerings that pleases the root guru, may the builder purify obscurations, perfectly accumulate merit, and quickly enjoy the glory of the ocean of two benefits.
