May you diligently strive and swiftly attain the state of the four Kayas (Tibetan: སྐུ་བཞི།, meaning: Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Svabhavikakaya)! Until that state is attained, may you, through the great activities of the glorious Lama, carefully protect without ever being negligent, and may you always be separated from non-Dharmic conduct! May the holy one who possesses the power of a Chakravartin (wheel-turning king) and the glory of realization, with unparalleled qualities of wisdom, compassion, and ability, and with the unsurpassed merits of the three secrets (body, speech, and mind), may these excellent qualities pervade the world! This work, entitled 'The Method of Meditation Practice Related to Guru Yoga - Bestowing Supreme Blessings,' was written immediately by the ignorant Bhikshu Mati Kirti (Tibetan: མ་ཏི་ཀིརྟི་) at the repeated request of the monk Jamyang Zangpo (Tibetan: འཇམ་དབྱངས་བཟང་པོ།) who is diligent in pure renunciation. May there be auspiciousness!
