Recite 'Oṃ Svāhā' (藏文：ༀ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，圆满) as much as possible. If you wish to elaborate on the Vajrasattva meditation recitation based on the Guru Yoga, visualize the root Guru transforming into the glorious form of Vajrasattva Heruka, like a pile of a million full moons. His body is white and radiant, in union as father and mother. He is complete in himself, marked with four syllables at the four places. From these, white, red, blue, and yellow rays of light emanate and dissolve into your own four places, thus purifying all temporary four obscurations. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Heruka as much as you like. Finally, receive the four empowerments: Hero Heruka, glorious Vajrasattva, whose forehead, throat, heart, and navel are marked with the syllables Oṃ (藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and Hoḥ (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：霍). From these, receive the blessings of the four empowerments. From the syllable Oṃ (藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) at the forehead, rays of light emanate, purifying your obscurations of awakening and obtaining the vase empowerment. From the syllable Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿) at the throat, rays of light emanate, perfecting your dreams and obtaining the secret empowerment. From the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at the heart, rays of light emanate, freeing you from the obscurations of dullness and obtaining the wisdom empowerment. From the syllable Hoḥ (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：霍) at the navel, rays of light emanate, thoroughly purifying your attachment and thoughts, and obtaining the fourth empowerment. From this, the wisdom of the four joys gradually increases, enabling the manifestation of the four ultimate vajras. This capacity fully develops, and the impure appearances related to the conventional naturally cease. Again, visualize Vajrasattva transforming into the Guru, a collection of all manifestations, about the size of a cubit. In an instant, he dissolves into the crown of your head and abides in the lotus at your heart, blessing you. Third, the dedication and aspiration: By this great wave of pure white merit, from now on, may all of us practitioners have the temporary outer, inner, and secret conducive conditions complete, and may we smoothly generate the profound stages of the path. Also, regard the Guru as the Lord of the Family, respectfully serve him with the crown of your head, and protect all vows. With deep devotion, seeing all that he does as good, may the blessings of the great secret swiftly descend. Take refuge and deeply believe, with the wish to benefit all beings, confess misdeeds and restrain, and accumulate vast amounts of merit. May the Guru's blessings abide, purifying impurities, and may the common and uncommon Dharma paths increasingly grow. May we swiftly traverse the ultimate state of the secret profound path, the six-branched yoga of bliss and emptiness united. May the yoga of the complete stages of the four vajras of body, speech, mind, and wisdom be swiftly accomplished. At that time, in the twenty-four great places and so forth, may we benefit all sentient beings with great deeds in our own and others' perceptions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
