The pure essence of the excellent profound meaning, skillfully grasped with inseparable wisdom. Perfecting all with immaculate virtuous fame, I supplicate the master who upholds his own tradition. The naturally pure Dharmadhatu, the realm of the stable and the moving. With the power of the unchanging nature of reality, abiding in the nature of perfect accomplishment. May you live long, in the Vajra realm, protecting the tradition of the essence of meaning! This is a long life prayer that can be applied to all our Gurus, composed by Ngawang Tsultrim in Ngor. Auspicious! Transforming wisdom with the nectar of the excellent path, diligently benefiting others with right view. With pure fame pleasing to the ear, I supplicate the virtuous spiritual friend who possesses excellent qualities. This was composed by Mati at the request of a friend. Alas! The power of past karma is strong, now one encounters it involuntarily. When first entering the Dharma, distraction, hatred, fear, all manifestations immediately subside into their own nature, enjoying peace and happiness. Freedom is attained in the mind. Thereafter, gradual changes occur, faith and compassion arise for the common Dharma, and the mind changes accordingly. Sometimes various circumstances arise, dreams and reality intertwine, various illusions appear, and various thoughts emerge. Therefore, the play of the mind, experiences on the level of union, whether good or bad, are all due to karma. However, how do circumstances manifest? Mati wrote. Although one practiced the original Dharma in the past, one was unable to achieve it due to laziness. Now, suddenly encountering harm, if one tames it with skillful means, one can find some peace. Mati wrote. At the end of the Kalpa, if there are no sudden adverse conditions, then a portion of the beings to be tamed will be completed. Thereafter, there is no need to have expectations.
