念诵‘Ra ka sa ka ra hum’（种子字，梵文天城体：र क स क र हुं，梵文罗马拟音：ra ka sa ka ra hūṃ，含义：无具体意义）等真言，尽力念诵后接受四种灌顶：如此这般一心一意地祈祷，至尊者以慈悲之心加以关注，触碰明妃的乳房，获得宝瓶灌顶，自显现为智慧之母，体验结合菩提心，获得秘密灌顶。上师妥善交付明妃，自己进行结合，获得智慧灌顶。通过语言的指示，在那一瞬间，证得双运，获得第四灌顶。之后，上师化为光蕴，融入自身，心意合一。如此观想。讲述吉祥上师的传记等等。这是根本上师阿旺丹巴嘉岑的《上师瑜伽加持速降》，应弟子嘉桑寺住持喇嘛堪坚的要求，因为之前有曲杰的《托擦喇嘛上师传记·信仰之芽》，那是自己的根本上师蒋贡·阿旺楚尼嘉措的著作，他说需要写一篇只是稍微改动的上师传记，于是以《上师传记·信仰之芽》的内容为基础，稍微修改了一些词句，由平庸者玛蒂·吉地书写。善哉！ 目录 根本上师阿旺丹巴嘉岑的《上师瑜伽加持速降》完毕。

Recite the biography of the glorious guru, etc. This is 'The Swift Bestowal of Blessings through Guru Yoga of the Root Guru Ngawang Tenzin Gyamtso,' written at the request of the disciple, Lama Khenchen, the abbot of Gyang Sang Monastery, because there was previously Chöjé's 'Biography of the Toca Lama: Sprout of Faith,' which was a work by his own root guru, Jamyang Ngawang Tshoknyi Gyatso, who said that a guru biography that was only slightly modified needed to be written. Therefore, based on the content of 'Guru Biography: Sprout of Faith,' slightly modifying some words, it was written by the mediocre Mati Kirti. May it be virtuous!
