观想通过次第获得宝瓶灌顶、秘密灌顶、智慧灌顶、第四灌顶，从而获得不死金刚寿命的成就。然后， 核心咒语的意义：诸佛身语意之自性，无死寿命之胜妙，融入我的相续，加持我的身语意三门。也就是说，依怙主长寿佛的身语意与修行者自己的身语意三门无别，处于大平等的状态中，在自明无执的状态中，随心所欲地放松安住，这是修行的主要部分，进行长寿祈祷念诵是最重要的。如果期间想要稍微扩展念诵和观想，那么从头顶的本尊长寿佛心间放射出红色光芒，如铁钩般，向上方勾召诸天之寿命精华，化为不死智慧甘露，与本尊宝瓶中的甘露混合，如乳汁般倾注，观想以此方式接受四种灌顶，获得不死金刚寿命的殊胜成就，并念诵长寿祈祷文。将其结合起来，从头顶的本尊长寿佛心间放射出红色光芒，如铁钩般，向下方勾召诸龙之寿命精华，直到获得殊胜寿命成就。同样地，勾召中间人类的寿命精华，勾召地之精华，勾召水、火、风之精华，将每个观想对象都结合起来，尽力念诵长寿祈祷文。将所有南传小乘、大乘的学人，声闻、缘觉、菩萨的寿命精华，以及所有无学之人，过去、现在、未来诸佛的智慧寿命精华，一一结合起来念诵长寿祈祷文。最后，如果想要稍微扩展长咒，也可以念诵。在结束时，观想本尊无量光佛的心间，刹那间出现两个红色“啥 (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体: ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音: hrīḥ，汉语字面意思: 种子字)”字，融入自己的双手，两个字头向外，守护寿命免受损害，然后再次观想本尊心间放射出五彩莲花光芒，从自己的头顶进入，莲花光芒充满全身，所有融入的寿命精华都成为身体的支柱和心灵的依靠，变得坚固不变，如金刚寿命般，在一切大平等中增长，观想任何损害都无法侵入。然后回向功德。依靠在此所做的努力，愿我迅速证得普贤王如来无死自在的果位，成就任运自成的事业。

Think that by gradually obtaining the vase empowerment, the secret empowerment, the wisdom empowerment, and the fourth empowerment, you will obtain the accomplishment of the immortal vajra life. Then, The meaning of the heart mantra: The nature of the body, speech, and mind of the deities, the supreme immortality of life, enters my being and blesses my three doors. That is, the body, speech, and mind of the yidam Amitayus are inseparable from the practitioner's own body, speech, and mind, in a state of great equality. In a state of self-clarity and non-attachment, relax and abide as you wish. This is the main part of the practice. Reciting the longevity mantra is the most important thing. If you want to expand the recitation and visualization in between, then from the heart of the Amitayus at the crown of your head, red light like an iron hook emanates, hooking all the life essence of the gods above, transforming it into the nectar of immortal wisdom, mixing it with the nectar in the vase of the deity, pouring down like a stream of milk, visualizing that you are receiving the four empowerments in this way, obtaining the supreme accomplishment of immortal vajra life, and reciting the longevity prayer. Combine it, from the heart of the Amitayus at the crown of your head, red light like an iron hook emanates, hooking all the life essence of the nagas below, until you obtain the supreme accomplishment of life. Similarly, hook all the life essence of humans in between, hook the essence of the earth element, hook the essence of the water, fire, and wind elements, combine each visualization object, and recite the longevity prayer as much as possible. Combine all the life essence of the Hinayana and Mahayana practitioners, the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, and all the non-learners, the wisdom life essence of all the Buddhas of the three times, and recite the longevity prayer. Finally, if you want to expand the long mantra a little, you can also recite it. At the end, visualize that from the heart of the Amitayus, two red 'hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体: ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音: hrīḥ，汉语字面意思: Seed Syllable)' syllables appear in an instant and enter your hands, the two syllables facing outwards, protecting your life from harm, and then again visualize that from the heart of the deity, five-colored lotus light emanates, entering from the crown of your head, filling your whole body with lotus light, and all the life essence that has been absorbed becomes the support of your body and the basis of your mind, becoming firm and unchanging, like vajra life, growing in all great equality, visualizing that no harm can penetrate. Then dedicate the merit.
