Collected Teachings of Master Ngawang Lodro Drakpa JNLD14: Uncommon Aspiration - Victorious Ocean Uncommon Aspiration - Victorious Ocean Uncommon Aspiration - Victorious Ocean Om Swasti! If you wish to make an uncommon aspiration, visualize that the omniscient Buddhas of the three times, Dolpopa (meaning 'person from the Do region') along with the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardian deities are surrounding you from the ten directions. Then say these words: 'Victorious Ocean of assemblies, all the omniscient Jonangpa (referring to the Jonang school of Tibetan Buddhism) teachers and disciples, fathers and sons, along with the vast assembly of noble ones, please heed me! Please bless me! Please hold me with compassion! I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind! I make offerings of all things to please you! I confess all misdeeds individually! I rejoice in all virtues! I urge you to turn the wheel of Dharma completely! I pray that you do not pass into nirvana! I sincerely take refuge! I generate the mind of enlightenment in order to attain your state! I will rely on the path of skillful means, conduct, and wonders! I dedicate all unsurpassed virtues to perfect and complete enlightenment! May I and all sentient beings, through the power of all the roots of virtue from doing good in the three times, doing what will be done, and the good that has been done, done by myself, caused to be done by others, and rejoicing in and praising what is done, may I and all sentient beings quickly attain the state of a fully enlightened Buddha! Omniscient Dharma King, an emanation of all the Buddhas of the three times, the great Dolpopa who possesses the four reliances, whose name is difficult to pronounce, Sherab Gyaltsen Palsangpo (meaning 'Banner of Wisdom, Glorious and Excellent'), may your teachings flourish in all directions and remain for a long time! May the noble spiritual friends who uphold your excellent view, conduct, and tenets, and who maintain your intentions, spread across the earth! May their activities, which are entirely virtuous, increase more and more, and may there be no obstacles to such activities! May I and all sentient beings, in this life and in all future lives, accomplish the activities of the Omniscient Dharma King, and hold the secret treasury of your speech! May all aspirations be fulfilled! May disbelief and wrong views towards the Dharma be extinguished in an instant, and may the praise of the omniscient Buddhas of the three times be proclaimed in all directions with intense reverence and steadfast faith. May those who disbelieve in your teachings and the great beings who uphold them be led into faith. May all humans and non-humans, as well as gods and powerful spirits, promote the teachings of the omniscient one, endowed with the four reliances, and offer worship with reverence. May all humans and non-humans who believe in your teachings have long lives and be free from illness, and may all good desires, such as wealth, power, strength, and glory, be fulfilled without obstacles. May I enter the excellent biography of Gyalwa Jonangpa (རྒྱལ་བ་ཇོ་ནང་པ་ཆེན་པོ) in all lifetimes, may I only do what pleases you, and may I subdue all opponents with the Dharma sound that protects your intention. May all who hate and harm your teachings be subdued by various means of taming, and may they be placed in your teachings. May those not spread be spread, may those spread be purified and increased, and may those decayed be restored. May I cherish your teachings more than my body, possessions, and life. May I realize the meaning of the pure lineage, or the pure realm, the Tathagatagarbha (བདེ་བཤེགས་སྙིང་པོ།, तथागतगर्भ, Tathāgatagarbha, Womb of the Thus Come One) adorned with all the qualities of the Buddha, the meaning of primordial accomplishment. May I gain certainty in the truth that the Buddha is eternal, the Dharma is true, and the Sangha is not deceptive. May I realize that although phenomena appear as grasper and grasped in the relative truth, they are actually like illusions. May I manifest the state of peace, permanence, and tranquility, the Yungdrung (永恒) state, free from elaboration in the ultimate truth. Starting from the profound path of Vajra Yoga, may I attain the state of the four Vajras and the four Kayas in this very life. May I, at all times, rely on the incarnation of the lineage holder, Dolpopa (དོལ་པོ་པ་ཆེན་པོ), the mind of the Dharma Lord and his sons (ཆོས་རྗེ་ཡབ་སྲས), and the ultimate view, thereby entering all the words of the Buddha. May others also enter this very correct Dharma.
