Headaches, like being robbed, are relieved by inhaling water. Pouring warm urine into the ears and eyes can eliminate both diseases. If afflicted by spirits, accompanied by the three fevers, inhaling the immovable (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་, meaning Akshobhya), can bring happiness and quickly heal. Eating feces, urine, semen, blood, and even human flesh and blood, can prolong life. If inhaling flames with meditation, it can eliminate white hair, aging, and physical ailments. Mixing the oil of five lamps with honey and consuming it can eliminate all diseases. Mixing a woman's flower (uterus) with semen and consuming it for a year will surely eliminate aging. It can calm the wind, sour tastes become strong, and sweet and astringent tastes are enemies of bile. It can calm mucus, all bitter tastes, as well as hot medicines or semen. It can calm mucus, goat's milk accompanied by the three fevers, and buffalo milk is the enemy of bile. It can calm the wind, donkey milk can eliminate three diseases, and cow's milk and ghee are also the same. Boiling water with turmeric, when warm, can relieve oral diseases and stop toothaches. Boiling water with sesame oil and herbs, accompanied by the three fevers and salt, can eliminate ear diseases. Boiling ghee and milk, the Nagas and red deities will often eliminate nose diseases. Applying bitter gourd, Vitex trifolia, and Wrightia antidysenterica mixed with donkey urine can eliminate scrofula. Raise your hands high, bring your feet together in a lotus position, and control the life force. Until the body completely falls to the ground and the heat subsides. Again and again, enter into meditation, and it will surely eliminate the thorns that bring the fear of death. Visualize on the lotus in the heart, above the moon, like a spotless rabbit, and various mothers. Taking lentil flour can eliminate the thorns of people tormented by fever. At the end of the fever, mixing ground skull with Akshobhya can also eliminate fear. The mantra should also be before water, fire, and wind, with the syllable Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) and Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, literal meaning: Diamond Scepter) before the name. Use it to protect the head, neck, heart, navel, secret place, and so on. Haritaki, Amla, and others, as well as the powder of tamarind leaves.
