NKL323 Teachings of Ngawang Kunga Lodro, Supplement to Tadhrul Sanglingpa with Oral Transmission Instructions: Supplement to Tadhrul Sanglingpa with Oral Transmission, auspicious! The secret instruction for dismantling the application of oppressive curses is as follows. Homage to glorious Jigten Gonpo (Jigten Gonpo, 'Lord of the World')! In the degenerate times of the future, whatever the application of fierce mantras, curses, whether dry or wet curses, this wheel of dismantling should be used. This instruction concerns calculation and reversal. In calculation, if (the curse) is placed in a dry place, all oppressive curses placed in a dry place are invalidated by the same samaya (samaya, 'vow' or 'commitment'), and the power of the dry curse is dismantled. If (the curse) is placed in a wet place, wherever it is placed, whether among nagas (nagas, 'serpentine beings') or demonesses, all oppressive curses are invalidated by the same samaya, and the power of the wet curse is dismantled. This is the best method of reversal, and it can also be used to kill enemies. It can be repeated three times, five times, etc. All oppressions done without cause can be reversed by this method. This instruction is used to stabilize the foundation. Stimulated with calamus paper and dragon medicine, make two wheels. The male wheel is drawn on the belly of a turtle, with eight spokes. In the center with an outer circle, write: 'Puhu Puhu, Sitita Sitita, may the curse and oppressive demon directed at so-and-so be reversed.' On each of the eight spokes, write two 'Puhu Puhu'. On the large spoke, write: 'May the curse of the harmful enemy, Puhu Puhu, Sitita Sitita, oppressive demon, Maha Krotaya Hum (藏文:མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:महाक्रोधाय हुं,梵文罗马拟音:mahākrodhāya hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Great Wrathful One Hum), Siti Siti Taya Hum (藏文:སི་ཏི་སི་ཏི་ཏ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:सिति सिति ताय हुं,梵文罗马拟音:siti siti tāya hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Pacify Pacify Give Hum).' On the outer circle, write: 'Pumani Pani Alo Gante Hesa Ni Sakhoi Gakhe Naga Le, Naga Le, Age Age, Nagara Tsa, Nagara Tsa, Tsi Tsi, Dzi Tsi, Dushe Dushe, Dupaya, Dupaya, Nagara Tsa, may the curse and oppressive demon directed at so-and-so be reversed, reversed!' The female wheel is drawn on the belly of a turtle, with eight lotus petals, with an outer circle. In the center, write: 'May the curse and oppressive demon directed at so-and-so be reversed.' On the lotus, write: 'Puhu Puhu Siti Siti, Puhu Puhu Phet Hum), Puhu Puhu Spotaya, Puhu Puhu Bhitti.' The mantra of the outer circle is the same as the male wheel, but the words of the male wheel are changed to the reversal of the female wheel. The two turtles are drawn lying on their backs, vividly. The mantra catalog should be cherished completely and without deficiency. When reciting the mantras, smear with dragon medicine and incense, and at the beginning, offer a torma (torma, 'ritual cake') to the nagas, establish the witness of the innocent, state the truth, and offer with golden beverage. May all the malicious oppressive curses and evil spells that I have suffered from others be completely dismantled!' 7-386 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 86

May those actions be without fruit! KLu (Nagas), Nyen (local deities), Yul Dak (landlords), arrogant ones, you and I, may there be no animosity between us, may we be reconciled. Do not be executioners and demons, but be gods and treasuries of wealth, bring peace and well-being. Curse and command as much as you know how! Combine the two wheels (འཁོར་ལོ་, khorlo, Sanskrit: chakra, meaning 'wheel,' here referring to some kind of ritual implement or diagram) face to face, and place them in a bull's horn, containing grains, medicines, silk, jewels, etc. Seal the opening of the horn with waterproof material, secure it with clay, and then cast it into water along with a stone. For land, also fill the horn, and then bury it in the land. By doing so, the power of all evil actions will be destroyed, decayed, and vanished. When a problem arises within the mantra practitioner, the wise Zangling Wangchuk, following the instructions of the Ḍākinī, created something called the 'Wheel of Destruction' in order to avert disharmony. Because it is a ritual containing commands and secret instructions, there is no need for meditation and recitation here. Do not spread it like a pen. Keep it secret! If the Rudras see this, they will become fearless and brave. Therefore, keep it secret from the enemies of the Dharma. Samaya (समया, samaya, vow)! Īkṣa (ईक्ष, īkṣa, see)! Oral instructions on 'That Which is Destroyed'. Oral instructions on 'That Which is Destroyed': First, draw a perfect wheel, place the male wheel on top and the female wheel below, and then roll it up from the head. Whatever the calculation, if the width is too great, do not cut the center, but bend it from the left and right sides. Wrap three layers of blue-red thread and cut it off. Then wrap three layers again on the back and cut it off. Wrap it with a widow's hem or black cloth. Wrap the colored thread as before, and hide the attachments. For however many men there are, wrap it outward three times around the knee of the left thigh. For however many women there are, wrap it three times around the right knee. Then wrap it outward three times around the left leg of a dog. From the top corner of a self-grinding millstone, wrap it outward three times around the hole. Then put it in a bull's horn, and seal the opening with clay or mud. Then secure the attachments on top of it. Pierce it with a horn. If there is doubt about the binding rope, throw it as much as possible into a wavy lake. For land, also put it in a dog's head without cracks or a bull's horn as above, and bury it in a suspicious place, such as the side of a temple, etc. In the propagation words of the wheel, if it is necessary to write the names of oneself and the patron, apply beeswax at the end. If not writing, do not apply it. When throwing, it is good if the wind blows from the right. If not, block the left nostril and turn to the right. Both the drawing and throwing of the wheel should be done when the sky is empty. Like the destruction and aversion rituals of Torma. Above, state the image of the witness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
