དུག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་བར་བརྟེན་མི་ཕྱེད་དད་པ་ཆེན་པོས་ཀུན་ནས་བསླངས་ཏེ་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་གསོ་འཛིན་པ་བསོད་ནམས་འོད་ ཟེར་གྱིས་བགྱིས་པའོ། །སྨྲས་པ། རང་ལ་ཉམས་རྟོགས་ཡོན་ཏན་མེད་གྱུར་ཀྱང་། །བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་འཚོ་བའི། །བསྟན་སྲུང་ཀུན་གྱིས་བུ་གཅིག་བཞིན་དུ་སྐྱོང་། །ཨེ་མ་ངོ་མཚར་འདི་འདྲ་གསར་ དུ་ཤར། །མ་དཔེ་ལྟར་ཞུས་དག་པར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སོ།། །།དགེའོ།། །།

由于被赐予‘毒’之名，由生起不退转之大信心的记录者，医师索南沃色（功德光）所书写。偈曰：纵然自身不具证悟功德，然以 गुरु（藏文：བླ་མ，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师）之慈悲光芒为生计，所有护法如独子般守护，哎玛！如此稀有之事新近显现。如母本般校对完毕，吉祥圆满！善哉！善哉！

Due to being granted the name 'Poison', this was written by the scribe, the physician Sonam Woeser (Merit Rays), who arose with great unwavering faith. Verse: Although oneself does not possess realization and qualities, yet lives by the rays of the guru's compassion, may all the Dharma protectors cherish him like an only child. Ema! Such a wondrous thing has newly arisen. Auspiciously completed with corrections according to the original manuscript! Good!
