Possessing the age of sixteen and endowed with graceful postures. With the right leg extended and the left leg bent, seated in a dancing posture upon a corpse seat. Emanating numerous forms, benefiting sentient beings, appearing as a form without inherent existence. In the heart, upon a lotus and sun disc, visualize a white five-pronged vajra, at the center of which is a white 'Hrīḥ' (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：Great Compassion) syllable residing on the sun disc. Make the wrathful mudra, circling to the left at the forehead, and recite 'Phaṃ' (藏文：ཕཻཾ་，梵文天城体：फें，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ，汉语字面意思：Shattering). From the 'Hrīḥ' syllable in one's heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the noble Vajravarahi from her natural abode, surrounded by assemblies of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, into the sky before oneself. Recite: 'Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ', 'Oṃ Bhagavati' to 'Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ', as before, and dissolve them into oneself. Hold the pride by reciting: 'Oṃ Yoga Śuddha Sarva Dharmā Yoga Śuddho 'Haṃ'. Again, with the above mantra and mudra, invite the five families of empowerment deities with their retinues, reciting: 'Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ', 'Oṃ Pañca Kula Sa Parivāra', offering: 'Arghaṃ' (drinking water), 'Pādyaṃ' (foot washing water), 'Puṣpe' (flowers), 'Dhūpe' (incense), 'Āloke' (light), 'Gandhe' (perfume), 'Naivedye' (food), 'Śapta Pratīccha Svāhā'. Request all the Tathāgatas to bestow empowerment upon oneself. After the request, the empowerment deities recite: 'As I was born', etc., and 'Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Abhiṣeka Ta Samaya Śrīye Hūṃ'. Empower with water from the vase from the crown of the head, filling the body, очистить загрязнения. The remaining water overflows upwards, adorning the head as Akṣobhya. Recite: 'Oṃ Sūṃbhani Sūṃbha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ', 'Oṃ Gṛhṇa Gṛhṇa Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ', 'Oṃ Gṛhṇa Paya Gṛhṇa Paya Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ', 'Oṃ Ānaya Ho Bhagavan Vidyā Rājahūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ', 'Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddhaḥ Sarva Dharmāḥ Svabhāva Śuddho 'Haṃ'. From emptiness, from the syllable 'Āḥ' (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Emptiness), arises a vast and expansive skull-cup of wisdom, within which the five meats, five nectars, and five wisdoms melt, transforming into a great ocean of nectar. Bless by reciting 'Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ha Ha Ho Hrīḥ' three times, take with the thumb and ring finger, recite the three root syllables, and taste. From the 'Hrīḥ' syllable in the heart, immeasurable white rays of light emanate, placing all sentient beings in the state of the noble mother, then gather back and dissolve into oneself. From the 'Hrīḥ' syllable residing on the lotus and sun disc at the navel, a garland of 'Hrīḥ' syllables emanates, passing through the central channel and exiting from the mouth, inviting all the qualities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, especially wisdom, and dissolving into one's own navel, очистить все неведения, increasing wisdom, and becoming unobstructed in all that is to be known. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

念珠计数。 啥 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大悲心) 念诵十万等数量，反复念诵。收摄时，从自己的心间放射出光芒，使坐垫化为光芒，融入自身。以此善行愿我迅速，成就智慧光明，所有一切众生，皆能安置于此果位。如是说。此为萨迦派衮洛（Kunlo）之弟子绛哲旺色摩·曲英沃赛饶炯玛（Kyangdrub Wangsemo Choying Osel Rabjungma）所写。

Count the rosary. Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，English literal meaning: great compassion) Recite hundreds of thousands of times, repeatedly. When gathering, rays of light emanate from one's heart, transforming the seat into light, and dissolving into oneself. By this virtue, may I quickly, attain the illuminator of wisdom, and may I place all beings without exception, on that ground. Thus it is said.
