In the center of the eight-spoked wheel is tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). In front and behind are oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) and hā (Tibetan: ཧཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: hā, Chinese literal meaning: Ha), surrounded by mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru. The eight spokes are tāre tuttāre ture svā (Tibetan: ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: तारे तुत्तारे तुरे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: tāre tuttāre ture svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Tara mantra). The outer and inner circles are clockwise and counterclockwise āli kāli. The mantra of dependent origination. Surrounded by five-colored rays of light from a blue vajra chain, clearly manifested. Nectar descends upon it, attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. White light radiates outward, the eight-spoked wheel, hollow white, sharp spinning, flames burning. The mantra chain of the heart wheel emits white, yellow, red, blue, green, and indigo rays of light, forming a sixfold tent, increasing life and merit, possessing the ability to accomplish the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. In all the gaps, blue উৎপala flowers bloom. The Amitābha of the crown chakra merges into Amitāyus, from the hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) syllable in the heart emits light, upwardly gathering life force, and collecting the life essence of the container and essence into the vase, from which nectar drips, filling the body, and from the wheel and mantra chain also descends the same stream of nectar, thereby attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Clear the impure air, maintain kumbhaka. Finally, recite the ten-syllable mantra as much as possible, offer and praise as above, then recite the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra and āli kāli, ye dharmā (Tibetan: ཡེ་དྷར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ये धर्मा हेतुप्रभवा हेतुं तेषां तथागतो ह्यवदत्। तेषां च यो निरोध एवं वादी महाश्रमणः, Sanskrit Romanization: ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetuṃ teṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat। teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: All dharmas arise from causes; the Tathagata has declared their causes, and also their cessation; such is the teaching of the Great Ascetic) three times. From one's own heart emits light, causing the container and essence to dissolve into light, dissolving into the sixfold tent and the wheel. They dissolve into oneself, oneself dissolves into the tāṃ syllable in the heart, which dissolves into the inconceivable realm. If you want to offer a torma, you should understand as described in the catalog. With this virtuous deed, quickly dedicate the merit to myself and others. With auspicious words of my lifetimes, etc., abide in comfort. This was also collected from the teachings of the kind teacher, the new abbot named Kunga, quickly completed by Khon lineage Kunga Lodro, for the benefit of his mother. Shubham! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
