Like appropriate meat and the earliest fields, as a symbol of celebrating the New Year's harvest, or as it is now, purchased by public offerings and then paid to the general public at a rate of sixteen 'Tangka' per 'field'. Between the two, complete as much as possible, and manage by officials to ensure that needs are met when necessary, and conduct as many religious activities as possible. If an agreement is reached through land mediation, whether knowingly or unknowingly, it should be conducted on the Jewel Platform as per the old custom. During the summer 'Phag-snying' period, offer 'stong ja', 'gyer ja', and mixed wine. If there is extra, it should also be handled according to the old custom. The two 'chos khrims pa' (law enforcers) 'chu zam' (water bridge), 'bcu dpon' (ten-household head) 'rdza ma ba', and the two head chefs can receive half of the share. 'stong dpon don bkras' (thousand-household head Don Bkras) and the two 'rgyab hral ma' can receive a quarter of the share. All provisions of the sixty rules must be followed, which is considered a grace. During occasions such as the Kalachakra ceremony, attendants for the dancers and conch shells are needed. The head chef's black 'reng pa', the 'btang bla's' round drum and hat, leftover food for the monks, 'ho hang' from the 'Phur Sgrub' ceremony, etc. During the profound Kalachakra ceremony, women's dances, etc., all of these should not be just for tax exemption, but must take responsibility and not embarrass themselves and others. Regarding the management of the warehouse, whatever festivals or sacrificial activities there are, notify the treasurer and steward, and distribute like noodles to the general public and the main leaders. For large events, opening ceremonies, and public gatherings, extra payments are required, and for activities such as 'Rags Kha Chog Chen', distribution is also required as before. On the day before holding 'Rags Kha Chog Chen', it is necessary to arrange the noodle seating. The head of Ban Tshang, 'dkar rgyang pa', the head of 'Bde Gling', the head of Chos Grwa Lho, public affairs, Lho Mchod Dpon Bla Brang Drung Chen, 'Mthil Sku Gnyen', the gatekeepers of the North and South monasteries and the base gatekeepers, the two sixty-household heads, the two sixty-household law enforcers, and the warehouse managers, etc., should all receive and give from the benefactors. For any ''Bum Ther'' activities, it is necessary to notify the assembly and distribute by the current officials and the two Sangs. The distribution of noodles is the same as before. For 'Mus Chen' and sacrificial offerings, it is necessary to notify the lamas, and half of the share is distributed to the fourteen 'dbyangs dpon' (chant leaders), the five 'zor las pa', 'dkang rgyang pa', and the warehouse managers. A quarter of the share is distributed to the three nun leaders of Ringang, the four ordinary people, the two 'sngags bon chos sgo' (Tantric and Bon temples), and the two sixty-household thousand-household heads. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is not like idle talk, but you have written it after careful consideration for the benefit of this life and the next, and for the sake of the Dharma. Therefore, the manager here should take the centurion as the main object of discussion. Like the successive abbots of the Drangtses monastery and Chukor Zamnewa, all those under their respective jurisdiction must be managed. It is very important for others to voluntarily assume responsibility. If the departments do not act according to the rules, or if they act according to the rules but others do not listen, they should report to the government. Because all orders for distinguishing between truth and falsehood, right and wrong will be based on this, I hope everyone understands. This letter clarifying good and evil, being upright and impartial, and having the light of auspiciousness, Was written by Sakya Ngawang Kunga Lodro Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Pal Sangpo, may it be auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
