于法性之中，自生殊胜骏马。 三面六臂，红、绿、白三色。 右三手持金刚杵、卡杖嘎、剑。 左三手持期克印、矛、索。 圆满具足尸林庄严。 八足，右屈左伸。 践踏八龙，呈蛇之形。 张口龇牙，三目圆睁。 竖发，三马头发出巨响。 于掌控显有之火聚中。 大地为墙，帐幕为帷。 身皆充满自形之忿怒尊。 口中咒音焚毁一切损害。 嗡 舍 贝玛 达 哲达 班杂 卓达 哈亚 哲瓦 呼噜 呼噜 吽 啪 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཔདྨ་ཏ་ཀྲྀཏ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲྀ་བ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ padma ta kṛta vajra krodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，莲花，达，哲达，金刚，忿怒，马头，呼噜，呼噜，吽，啪) 念诵至成就后，观想卡拉卡玛之食子。 嗡 阿 吽 哲 萨帕ra 纳 啪，桑 哈ra 纳 吽，哲 惹那 哲 洛嘎 啪。 以此加持。 嗡 班杂 卓达 玛哈 舍 嘿ra 嘎 吽 啪。 吼！ 红面忿怒之少女。 四姐妹中，尤其卡拉卡玛。 为降伏与事业故。 如今请降临，慈悲者。 扎 吽 邦 霍 班杂 达吉尼，诶 阿 ra 利 舍 舍 舍。 于卡拉卡玛之口中。 玛哈 班杂 阿弥利达 卡嘿，玛哈 ra 达 卡嘿，玛哈 巴林达 卡嘿。 于守护藏地之十二丹玛中。 夜叉女姐妹卡拉卡玛。 莲花生大师赐予。 秘密名、饰物与坐骑。 如昔日誓言般祈请。 以仆、衣与饰物祈请。 请降临于此，享用食子。 为了教法、众生与我等。 迅速成办共同与个别之事业，萨玛雅。 于自生本尊之咒语后，念诵三遍。 嗡 班杂 玛德 吽。 尽力念诵后。 将食子供于净处，并念诵： 吼！ 于守护藏地之十二尊母中。 夜叉姐妹卡拉卡玛。 依莲师之教言。 如所嘱托般成办。 祈愿迅速赐予殊胜与共同之成就，以及各自之果报，独母尊！ 如是抛掷食子。 于自身三处标以三字。 以此善根，成就马头明王。 当下与究竟之吉祥如雨降。 此乃萨迦 衮洛 所著。 依上师之劝请而书写。 愿护法常眷顾。 成就大乐智慧！
English
From the nature of Dharma, the supreme Hayagriva arises spontaneously. With three faces and six arms, red, green, and white in color. The three right hands hold a vajra, khatvanga, and sword. The three left hands hold a threatening mudra, spear, and noose. Completely adorned with charnel ground ornaments. With eight feet, the right bent and the left extended. Trampling on eight nagas in the form of snakes. Mouth open, bared fangs, three eyes wide open. Hair standing on end, the three horse heads emit a loud sound. In the fire heap that controls existence. The earth is the wall, the tent is the curtain. The entire body is filled with wrathful deities of its own form. From the mouth, the sound of mantras burns all harm. Oṃ hrīḥ padma ta kṛta vajra krodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ After reciting until accomplishment, visualize the torma of Kharakma. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ tri spha ra ṇa phaṭ, saṃ ha ra ṇa hūṃ, tri ratna trailokya phaṭ. Bless with this. Oṃ vajra krodha mahā śrī heruka hūṃ phaṭ. Hoḥ! Red-faced, wrathful maiden. Among the four sisters, especially Kharakma. For the sake of subduing and activities. Please come now, compassionate one. Jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ vajra ḍākinī, e a rali hriṃ hriṃ hriṃ. Into the mouth of Kharakma. Mahā pañca amṛta khāhi, mahā rakta khāhi, mahā balinta khāhi. Among the twelve Böd kyong tenma (protectors of Tibet). Yakshini sister Kharakma. Guru Padmasambhava gave. Secret name, ornaments, and mount. As in the former oath, I urge. I urge with servants, clothes, and ornaments. Come here, take the torma. For the sake of the teachings, beings, and us. Swiftly accomplish common and specific activities, samaya. At the end of the self-generation mantra, recite three times. Oṃ vajra mati hūṃ. After reciting as much as possible. Offer the torma in a clean place, and recite: Hoḥ! Among the twelve great protectors of Tibet. Yakshini sister Kharakma. According to the command of the great glorious one and Padma. Accomplish as instructed. May you quickly grant supreme and common siddhis, and our own share, O single mother! Thus, throw the torma. Mark the three places of oneself with three syllables.
