The body with the left leg bent, united with the Father (referring to the male aspect of the deity). Dwelling in the midst of flames, manifesting the six sense bases (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind). Ignorance, hatred, miserliness, desire. Jealousy, selflessness, marked by Dakinis. The three places (body, speech, mind) are Vajra. The light of the mind marked by Dakinis. Inviting the eye of wisdom, hooking, binding. Performed by the Lord of the Chakrasamvara Mandala, etc. Inviting the initiation deities, offering worship. Initiation, Akshobhya Buddha's blessing, heart. On the lotus sun disc, the Father is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), the Mother is Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ), each reciting their respective mantras. Oṃ Aṣṭānanāya Piṅgaloddha Keśa Baddhamāne, Caturviṃśati Netrāya, Ṣoḍaśa Bhujāya, Kṛṣṇa Jīmūtavapuṣe, Kapāla Mālā Anekāndhariṇe, Atmāta, Krūrācittrāya, Ardhendudaṃṣṭriṇe, Oṃ Māraya Māraya, Kāraya Kāraya, Garjaya Garjaya, Tarjaya Tarjaya, Śoṣaya Śoṣaya, Sapta Sāgaranān, Bandha Bandha Nāga Aṣṭakān, Gṛhṇa Gṛhṇa, Śatrūn, Haha Hīhī Hūhū Hehai Hoho Haṃ Haḥ Phaṭ Svāhā. (Recite twenty-one times, etc.). Oṃ Devapicu Vajra Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Oṃ Vajra Kattrari He Vajra Ya Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. (Recite two or three times, etc.). Oṃ A Ā I Ī U Ū Ṛ Ṝ Ḷ Ḹ E Ai O Au Aṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Oṃ Āḥ Aṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Oṃ Āḥ Naṃ Vajra Nairātma Ya Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. (Recite as appropriate, finally placing the rosary between the palms). Pray that the Buddhas bless body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Pray for the swift accomplishment of the Mahāmudrā Heruka Vajra body. (Place the rosary on the crown of the head). Visualize your own face, hands, and feet as the Consort (referring to the female aspect of the deity). The face, hands, and feet of the Root Guru dissolve into oneself. Oneself becomes Heruka, with one face and two arms. The deities of the six sense bases and three places are clearly manifest. Outer environment and inner beings are all Heruka Vajra. The support and the supported, all enjoyments. Are all of the nature of offerings, appearing purely. May this virtue, during the practice of mantra. Swiftly realize the two benefits of abandonment and realization, becoming one. May auspiciousness be accomplished, may all purposes be fulfilled. This was written by Sakya Kunlo, at the request of Gongcho Yeshe Gyaltsen, according to my own understanding. May this virtue transform all beings into Vajras. Once again, for Khara Khyung Tsunma. Separate offerings of meat, alcohol, Dharma medicine, etc. Mix and make a Torma, place it on the hearth. Red Torma, decorated with triangles, around the edges. Adorned with medicine alcohol, essence, gold, and turquoise. Arrange white and red alcohol offerings and the five sensual offerings. Burn incense, arrange arrow banners and five-colored items. Take refuge in the Three Jewels, Three Roots, I also take refuge. For the benefit of sentient beings, I pray to Hayagriva... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
