以信心供养的男女结合生活， 以善良恭敬并伪装行为， 为了守护他人之心而束缚自己， 平等行持是我的肺腑之言。 工巧、历算、医药等无数种类的， 缘起方法虽是遍知之因， 但繁杂众多是扰乱禅定的因， 减少所知是我的肺腑之言。 住在家里时房屋的布置等等， 以及在寂静处修行圆满， 都是在小事中耗尽人生的因， 停止作为是我的肺腑之言。 精进于贤善和持戒等修行， 即使某一方面的功德圆满， 但贪执那一点会束缚自相续， 无偏袒的解脱认知是我的肺腑之言。 以冰雹等各种压制守护， 调伏难调是事业之名， 焚烧他人相续而自己堕恶趣， 执持低劣是我的肺腑之言。 经文和口诀笔记等等， 即使具足一切深奥的典籍， 不作实修死亡时经典无益， 观照自心是我的肺腑之言。 一心修行时与体验和理解比较， 以及著书立说和唱修行歌等等， 虽是才华显现却是增长分别念之因， 修持离念是我的肺腑之言。 生起分别念时赤裸裸地观看最为重要。 下定决心时立即行动最为重要。 将不可修的作为修持最为重要。 无散乱地修持是我的肺腑之言。 在空性中行持因果， 证悟无为后守护三律仪， 以无缘大悲努力利益众生， 二资粮无二是我的肺腑之言。 依止众多贤善成就的上师也听闻了甚深教言， 也见到一些甚深经续稍稍在内心观察。 明知不行持的欺骗，自己欺骗自己。 对我和与我相似者的行为说了三十句肺腑之言。 以出离心所作的此善愿一切众生， 从有寂的牢狱中解脱安置于大乐， 愿我成为三世诸佛和彼等佛子大圣者们的， 行持之后的最胜之子！肺腑之

Having combined life with faithful men and women, Respecting goodness and pretending to act, To protect the minds of others, binding oneself, Balanced conduct is my heartfelt word. Crafts, calculations, medicine, and countless other kinds of, Interdependent methods, although they are the cause of omniscience, But complexity and multitude are the cause of disrupting meditation, Reducing knowledge is my heartfelt word. When staying inside, the arrangement of the house and so on, And practicing abundance in solitude, Are all causes of exhausting life in small matters, Stopping actions is my heartfelt word. Striving for practice such as virtue and discipline, Even if the merits of one aspect are perfected, But clinging to that will bind one's own mind, Unbiased liberation knowledge is my heartfelt word. With hail and various suppressive protections, Taming the untamable is the name of activity, Burning the minds of others and oneself falling into evil realms, Holding to inferiority is my heartfelt word. Texts and oral instruction notes, etc., Even if all the profound scriptures are complete, Without practice, scriptures are useless at the time of death, Observing one's own mind is my heartfelt word. When practicing single-mindedly, comparing with experience and understanding, And writing scriptures and singing practice songs, etc., Although it is the manifestation of talent, it is the cause of increasing conceptual thoughts, Cultivating non-thought is my heartfelt word. When conceptual thoughts arise, it is most important to look at them nakedly. When a decision is made, it is most important to act immediately. It is most important to practice what cannot be practiced. Cultivating without distraction is my heartfelt word. Acting with cause and effect in emptiness, After realizing non-action, guarding the three vows, Striving to benefit beings with impartial compassion, The two accumulations are inseparable is my heartfelt word. Having relied on many wise and accomplished lamas, I have also heard profound instructions, I have also seen some profound sutras and tantras and examined them slightly within my mind. Knowing but not acting is deception, deceiving oneself. I have spoken thirty heartfelt words about the behavior of myself and those like me. With the merit of this composition made with a mind of renunciation, may all beings, Be liberated from the prison of existence and placed in great bliss, May I become the supreme son who follows the path of the Buddhas of the three times and their great bodhisattva sons!
