名为《心语三十颂》。从法界虚空遍布智慧祈愿大云中，很好地降下慈悲热光甘露之水流，在所化之田中使三身苗芽成熟之，皈依三宝殊胜救护上师之足。虽以祈愿力为根本传承圣者所摄受，然若自己不精进，无意义中虚度时光，此生犹如日影西斜。正直之行思于自身亦厌倦，如是之境况于他人亦得见。是故为策励自心生起出离心故，宣说心语三十颂。嗟呼！以种种方便聚集众多眷属后，执着于顺缘具足之寺院家园，乃争论之基与我执贪恋之因。独自而住乃我之心语。城镇仪轨、祭祀鬼神、降伏邪魔等之，功德纵然于众人之中畅销，然因贪恋饮食财物，自心被魔所夺。调伏自心乃我之心语。从贫困者处征收重税后，建造巨大佛像及举办盛大宴会等，乃依善而积聚他人罪恶之因。自心向善乃我之心语。为欲自赞而为他人讲经说法，并以善巧方便维系上下眷属，乃实执之心生起我慢之因。降低心意乃我之心语。买卖与放贷及欺骗等等之，以邪命所积之财物百般供养，亦是希求利养之善法，乃八法之因。修持舍弃贪恋乃我之心语。以权威与势力及判决等等，调解他人争端，虽以为是利益众生，然依此而生起嗔恨贪执之因。无有希冀与畏惧乃我之心语。权势与受用及眷属与福德，以及美名遍满世间界，然自己临死之时，亦无有一法能有所助益。精进修持乃我之心语。管家近侍及主要人物等等，虽为善巧安顿之命脉，然乃生起能取所取心之忧虑之因。减少交往乃我之心语。佛像佛塔经书及善巧方便等等，无论何需皆负于身，前往寂静山林

The Thirty Advices of the Heart. From the great cloud of aspiration prayers of all-pervading wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, Having well poured down the stream of nectar of the heat rays of compassion, In the field of those to be tamed, making the sprouts of the three bodies ripen, I bow to the feet of the supreme refuge, the savior lama. Although upheld by the strength of aspiration prayers by the holy lineage of practice, If one does not strive oneself, this life passes meaninglessly, like a shadow pointing. Such weariness of righteous conduct and thought towards oneself, I have seen in others as well. Therefore, to urge my own mind to develop renunciation, I speak these thirty advices of the heart. Alas! Having gathered many disciples through various means, Holding onto monasteries and estates where favorable conditions are abundant, Is the basis of disputes and the cause of attachment to self. Staying alone is my heart's advice. Town rituals, raising spirits, subduing demons, and so on, Although the qualities are sold in the midst of the people, Because of craving for food and wealth, my mind is carried away by demons. Taming one's own mind is my heart's advice. Collecting heavy taxes from the poor, Building great statues and offering grand feasts, and so on, Is the cause of accumulating the sins of others based on virtue. Making one's own mind virtuous is my heart's advice. Explaining the Dharma to others for the sake of self-aggrandizement, And skillfully maintaining a retinue of superiors and inferiors, Is the cause of the arising of pride in the mind of grasping at reality. Humbling the mind is my heart's advice. Trade, usury, deception, and so on, Even if one offers hundreds of offerings of wealth accumulated through wrong livelihood, The virtue of seeking gain is the cause of the eight worldly concerns. Meditating on renunciation is my heart's advice. With authority, power, judgments, and so on, Mediating the disputes of others, thinking it is benefiting beings, But relying on that, the cause of arising hatred and attachment. Being without hope and fear is my heart's advice. Dominion, enjoyment, retinue, merit, And even if the world is filled with fame, When one dies, there is not even one thing that can help. Striving in practice is my heart's advice. Stewards, attendants, chief figures, and so on, Although they are the lifeblood of skillful arrangements, They are the cause of the arising of mental worries of grasping and being grasped. Reducing activities is my heart's advice. Images, offerings, books, skillful means, and so on, Carrying whatever is needed, going to a solitary mountain retreat.

争端也是，立刻聚集成为痛苦争论的根源，依止不必要之物是我的肺腑之言。在这五浊恶世，对于顽劣的眷属们，「责骂等虽然是为他们好，但依靠那些会成为烦恼产生的根源，说柔和语是我的肺腑之言。以利他的心，说没有私欲的话，慈爱地揭露别人的缺点，也是，」「即使正直，也会成为心病的根源，说悦耳语是我的肺腑之言。维护自己一方，驳斥他人一方，辩论以为是清扫教法垃圾，但依靠那些会成为烦恼产生的根源，禁语是我的肺腑之言。上师、噶举、宗派等等，「以为是怀着宗派偏见进行维护，但会成为自赞毁他、贪嗔的根源，舍弃一切是我的肺腑之言。听闻后分析教法的差别，以为发现别人的过失是智慧，但依靠那些会成为自己积累罪恶的根源，修习清净观是我的肺腑之言。用空洞的大话掩盖因果差别，以为无为是教法的究竟，但舍弃二资粮会断绝修行的善缘，修习双运是我的肺腑之言。为了第三者的利益而降下明点等，以为是利用他人的身体来提升道的力量，但以有漏道迷惑大修行者的情况很多，行持解脱道是我的肺腑之言。「对没有缘分的人进行灌顶和布施，在大众中散发誓言物等，是责骂的根源和违背誓言的因由，带头做僧侣是我的肺腑之言。在大众中裸奔等，以为是疯狂的行为是苦行，但会成为让世间人不信的根源。」「依止谨慎是我的肺腑之言。为了在这个地方成为自己最殊胜的人，装作是持戒、博学和善良的人，也会成为从高处坠落到低处的根源，不要松懈是我的肺腑之言」「。无论住在城镇、寺院、寂静处等任何地方，都不要寻找特殊的朋友，和任何人相处都不要过分亲密或敌对，保持自己的本色是我的肺腑之言。

With a mind of benefiting others, speaking words without selfish desires, lovingly pointing out others' faults, also, "Even if honest, it will become the cause of heart disease, speaking pleasantly is my heartfelt advice. Protecting one's own side and refuting the other side, debating thinking it is sweeping away the garbage of the teachings, but relying on those will become the source of arising afflictions, keeping silent is my heartfelt advice. Lama, Kagyu, schools and so on, "Thinking it is upholding with sectarian bias, but it will become the source of self-praise and disparaging others, attachment and aversion, abandoning everything is my heartfelt advice. After hearing, analyzing the differences of the teachings, thinking that discovering others' faults is wisdom, but relying on those will become the source of accumulating one's own sins, practicing pure perception is my heartfelt advice. With empty boasting, obscuring the distinctions of cause and effect, thinking that non-action is the ultimate of the teachings, but abandoning the two accumulations will cut off the opportunity for practice, meditating on union is my heartfelt advice. For the sake of the third party, dropping bindus and so on, thinking that it is using others' bodies to enhance the power of the path, but many great practitioners are deceived by contaminated paths, practicing the path of liberation is my heartfelt advice. "Giving empowerments and offerings to those without fortune, distributing samaya substances in the midst of the crowd, etc., are the source of scolding and the cause of breaking vows, leading as a monk is my heartfelt advice. Running naked in the midst of the crowd, etc., thinking that crazy behavior is asceticism, but it will become the source of causing non-belief in worldly people." "Relying on mindfulness is my heartfelt advice. In order to be the most supreme self in this place, pretending to be virtuous, learned, and good, it will also become the source of falling from a high place to a low place, not being relaxed is my heartfelt advice." "Whether staying in towns, monasteries, solitary places, or anywhere else, do not seek special friends, and no matter who you associate with, do not be overly intimate or hostile, maintaining your own integrity is my heartfelt advice.
