In the year A: On the wheel of Dharma, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). On the wheel of emanation, Svāhā (藏文：སྭཱ，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈). On the wheel of bliss and protection, think Hā (藏文：ཧཱ，梵文天城体：हा，梵文罗马拟音：hā，汉语字面意思：哈), knowing the difference between hot and cold. As before, even if you speak of wind and letters for internal and external diseases, it will be eliminated. Also, for all the right side, measure each tson from the crown of the head to the right toe: Ka Kha Ga Gha Nga. Tsa Tsha Dza Dzha Nya. Ṭa Ṭha Ḍa Ḍha Ṇa. Ta Tha Da Dha Na. Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma. Ya Ra La Wa. Sha Sha Sa Ha Ksha, think of these. On the left, at each span: A Ā. I Ī. U Ū. Ṛ R̥̄. Ḷ L̥̄. E Ai. O Au. Aṃ Aḥ, think of these, and as before, calculate the measure of each span, and where internal and external diseases occur, do as before, and you will surely be freed from all diseases. Thus, this instruction on the key point of removing diseases, such as fragmented tricks and simultaneous practice in all four seasons, is a key point for summarizing and practicing profound meanings, compiled into one and well arranged. I am convinced by experiencing this key point, and by showing it to others, I am freed from diseases. Therefore, because this profound key point is precious, keep it as a companion for manifest meditation. May all beings, through this virtue, be freed from the great disease of samsaric afflictions, and become the lords of nectar, the sons of immortal sages, and attain the boundless state of victory.
