༄༅།། །This is the work called "Introduction to the Nature of Reality." Collection of Precious Yellow Scrolls ། ༈། Called Introduction to the Nature of Reality. The appearance and emptiness are spontaneously perfect. I prostrate to the primordial ground. May I always abide in the play of reality. I will explain the nature of abiding. Here, first, is the state of the ground reality: Before everything, From the primordial, spontaneously accomplished great reality, The basis of the emanation of the three: essence, nature, and compassion, From those three undivided, From the state of essence, simultaneously with the arising of the appearance of nature, the five principal lights, The resonance of compassion arises as awareness simultaneously. If one knows one's own face, one returns to the state of the ground itself, Securing the firm ground of the three kayas inseparable, Although spontaneously accomplished activities arise, Those who do not know, do not recognize it as their own light, Therefore, it is called co-emergent ignorance, Clinging to one's own appearance as other, it is called imputed ignorance, Acting as cause and condition, The root ground, self-arisen wisdom, And its resonance, the five wisdoms, the five lights of the five kayas, are mistaken in the aspects of objects, bodies, and consciousnesses. Among them, the blue light is externally space, Internally empty, Secretly, it arises as the alaya. The white light is externally water, Internally blood and essence, Secretly, it arises as the aspect of the alaya consciousness. The yellow light is externally earth, Internally flesh and bones, Secretly, it is mind. The red light is externally fire, Internally warmth, Secretly, it is afflicted mind. The green light is externally wind, Internally breath, Secretly, it acts as the support for the five sense consciousnesses. The five powers of these are the five poisons. The principal accumulation of these gives rise to the five realms, And their happiness and suffering arise like dreams. Thus, at the time of delusion, in this body of karmic ripening and habitual tendencies, from the principal vein on the right, the Roma, from the vein petals through which the fierce wind flows, the clear white essence descends, From the left, the Kyangma, through which the gentle wind flows, the red essence descends from the vein petals, In the center, the Uma, through which the neuter wind flows, is the extremely pure great essence, Acting as the support for the vein petals that flow in the realm of wisdom beyond the coarse. These rely on the three poisons, therefore they are called the veins of samsara. The nature of these four or Five chakras, Is the same as others. Common

In the tantras, these three channels are considered as the three kayas, three doors, three poisons, generation and completion stages, etc. But since it is not ultimate, it is called the root petal of samsara. The great nirvana, the primordial root petal, is: also called the root of self-born wisdom, also called the root of spontaneously manifested ground, also called the Kati crystal tube. Its essence is the self-born wisdom beyond mind, appearing as the light of the five families, the manifestation of compassion is uninterrupted, pervading all of existence, the world, sentient beings, samsara, and nirvana. The center of the central channel is connected to the life force of the eight-petaled heart jewel, acting as the basis for all memories. In the channel tube, guided by the wind, the consciousnesses of the five senses, along with the alaya consciousness and the mind consciousness, reside in the basis of manifestation. Its radiance resides in the light and bindus in the ordinary channels within the body. The appearance of these doors is like a water lamp appearing on the clear surface of a mirror, although it seems to exist in the vastness of the sky, it is not actually outside. Even when the eyes are closed, the subtle light points and radiance do not cease, so it can be known. This is also because the self-born wisdom does not recognize itself, and the radiance of the light channel resides in the life channel, so it is called the unindicated alaya consciousness. The clarity and brightness of its radiance is uninterrupted, it is merely the alaya consciousness, residing in the life channel. Then, from the five doors of the eyes, etc., its radiance spreads, it is the consciousness of the five doors, merely the non-conceptual clear appearance. Regarding the previous meaning, due to conceptualization, it is grasped as mixed with the object, so it is the mind consciousness. Its first moment is without concept. Then, when acting in any of the three: attachment, aversion, or indifference, it is the afflicted mind. Then, when falling asleep, the five doors and the two consciousnesses of the mind all enter the alaya consciousness, briefly abiding in a clear and non-conceptual state, it is the clear light of emptiness. Then, dissolving into the alaya consciousness, the pure sensation of wind and mind, all the appearances dependent on the root petals of the five doors dissolve into the central channel, so it is the only non-conceptual. In focused sleep, in the moment of delusion. At this time, if combined with the stability of the previously accustomed experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, there will be no dreams, only the clear light will appear. At this time, for some yogis who have received the blessings of the guru and who have gazed at the appearance of the five lights during the day.
