于五根任何显现之上，以禅定不作念头收放之态，自然放松而放开，任何显现解脱为光明，解脱为大乐之边，乐明无念之觉受自然生起，心性自生之智慧，如虚空无边无中之见解，由内而内明亮显现，如是郑重叮嘱。第二，顿超乃于早晨日出之际，或于傍晚日落之际，以端正之姿坐而观之，于亲见智慧之显现之时，不为外光之显现所动摇而观之时，断除取舍之执念于法界中消逝，于任何皆不作念之智慧，无收无放生起之时，此即一切佛之见解，自生智慧之明灯，由光明亲见之要诀中，无勤任运显现，当知之。四季法性之轮，不离大乐光明之见解，达于原始法尽之见解，故于知晓穷尽之上安住，且于一切时中守护之，如是叮嘱。正行讫。随后，四相之显现方式，于四者中，法性现前之显现乃，如是串习后，乃至显现三连明点，身体不离坐姿，语少言说，心多安乐光明无念，且梦见善恶穷尽等。觉受增长乃，光明灵点，以及遍布国土之中，明点于微细明点中清晰而不动摇，以及千瓣莲花，以及佛塔，以及如量无量宫殿般，乃至显现单身本尊，身语意三较以往更为清净，且于中间亦具足神通。觉性圆满乃，诸佛身相连，法界显现遍虚空，无梦且成就神变与神通。法性穷尽乃，显现之增长，以及内外之执着，以及所有显现为有形之物皆穷尽。此等乃道四相增长程度穷尽之次第，乃令道解脱之教言皆已圆满。萨玛雅（藏文），嘉嘉嘉（藏文）。第三，果之解脱方式乃，于原始之基上

Upon whatever appears of the five senses, in meditation, without the state of gathering or dispersing thoughts, naturally relax and release. Whatever appears is liberated into luminosity, liberated into the realm of great bliss. The experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought naturally arises. The wisdom of the self-born nature of mind, like the view of the sky without beginning or end, appears clearly from within. Thus, it is solemnly instructed. Secondly, Tögal (Breakthrough) is when, in the morning at sunrise, or in the evening at sunset, one is made to look in a straight posture. At the time of directly seeing the appearance of wisdom, when looking without being distracted by the appearance of external light, the attachment to acceptance and rejection dissolves into the Dharmadhatu. When the wisdom that does not think about anything arises without gathering or dispersing, this is the view of all Buddhas. The lamp of self-born wisdom, from the key point of directly seeing the light, effortlessly and spontaneously arises. Know this. The wheel of the four seasons of Dharma, unwavering from the view of great bliss and luminosity, reaches the view of the exhaustion of the original Dharma. Therefore, abide upon the knowledge of exhaustion, and protect it at all times. Thus, it is instructed. The main practice is complete. Afterwards, the manner of appearance of the four visions, among the four, the vision of the manifestation of Dharmata is, after becoming accustomed to this, even to the point of the appearance of the three connected bindus, the body does not move from the sitting posture, speech is minimal, the mind is mostly in a state of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, and one dreams of the exhaustion of good and evil, etc. The increase of experience is, the light sphere, and from within the area pervading the country, the bindu is clear and unwavering in the subtle bindu, and the thousand-petaled lotus, and the stupa, and from such immeasurable palaces, even to the appearance of a single deity, the three of body, speech, and mind are purer than before, and in between, one also possesses clairvoyance. The perfection of awareness is, the deity's form is connected, the Dharmadhatu appearance pervades the sky, there are no dreams, and miraculous powers and clairvoyance are accomplished. The exhaustion of Dharmata is, the increase of appearances, and the clinging to inner and outer, and all appearances as tangible things are exhausted. At this time, the wisdom of all-knowing is the knower, but it does not appear as the actor. This is the state of the spontaneously accomplished wisdom from the nature of present purity, abiding in the inner clarity and blueprint. Thereafter, when entering the appearance of those to be tamed, just as the two lights from the crystal appear outward, from the nature of the present pure Dharmakaya, the self-appearing outward clear Sambhogakaya appearance, the self-nature Nirmanakaya five Buddha family Bodhisattvas, appear to those who abide on the ground, and the Nirmanakaya of the Thubpa (Buddha) who tames beings, such as the Thubpa of the gods, and the various Nirmanakayas that appear as matter and perform benefits, are held according to their wishes, which is the great compassion of spontaneous accomplishment, without any movement or effort, it appears naturally. If there are no beings to be tamed, then the teacher who appears before them will not appear either, just as the moon's reflection does not appear without a water vessel, in the primordial realm, it abides at all times without movement. Just as the full moon abides in the sky, and the outer eye is clear, it should be known that it abides in the base of present purity.
