Homage! This is the lineage of the black life-seizing razor of the Black Life-Accomplishing Mother, the protector of the Dhākki Heart Essence. In Sanskrit: Buddha Rudhākkini, Māraya Tantra Nama. In Tibetan: The Tantra Called the Black Mother of Tirthika Life-Accomplishment, Homage to the Black Life-Seizing Razor. Thus I have heard at one time, in the charnel ground called Dharmārami, a place where smoke obscures the sky and earth by day, and fire and wind blaze fiercely by night, there was a pearl goddess named "Killing Everywhere." She ate meat for food and drank blood for drink, and killed seven people every day. Those who killed people came before her with bells. There, the retinue of flesh-eating dhākkinīs asked: From what cause does such magic arise? Please grant such power for the benefit of ourselves and future generations! Thus they spoke. From the Tantra of the Butcher Black Life-Accomplishing Mother, the first chapter, the Introduction. Then, the Killing Goddess spoke: Listen, all you assembled retinue! My magical power comes from first reciting the life-essence of sentient beings. Thus she spoke. Again they asked: Ema, Killing Goddess! Please, Goddess, instruct me on the work of certain killing! Thus they asked. She spoke: Listen, all you assembled retinue! If you wish to certainly kill an enemy, either in a cave like a constellation, or in a place like the face of a rākṣasa facing north, or in a charnel ground like a black wrathful Mon, or in a very solitary place, practice with a wrathful mind. Thus she spoke. The second chapter, Showing the Place. Then the retinue asked again: How does one practice in such a place? Please show us the methods of practice! Thus they asked. The Killing Goddess spoke: Listen, all you assembled retinue! In such a place, draw a maṇḍala one arrow-length or one cubit in size, with four doors and a triangle in the center. Outside of that, draw a garland of skulls, and outside the doors, draw a horse-headed mountain of fire. Practice relying on such a thing. Thus she spoke. From the Tantra of the Killing Life-Accomplishing Black Mother, the third chapter, Showing the Maṇḍala. The assembly of the retinue asked again: How does one practice relying on this? The Killing Goddess spoke:

Thus, on the mandala written as such, a vessel made of the essence of skull-cups, a great offering of flesh and blood surrounded by finger rings, placed upon three legs. Thus, accomplish by relying on substances, thus it was spoken. The fourth chapter, showing substances, from the Tantra of the Killing Goddess. The assembly of attendants again asked: How to accomplish by relying on substances? The Killing Goddess spoke: Listen, all you assembled attendants! After arranging the substances in this way, on gro-ga wood bark cloth, etc., before one's own breath has dissipated, whatever the enemy's life-force may be, write the name and lineage in blood on a linga. On the forehead write དུ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), on the heart write སའུ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), on the lower body write ཁིའུ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Write the bone, name, and life-force in detail, and on the tip of a tree from a charnel ground, pierce ཤ་ཤིང་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning, meat wood), and erect it on top of the baliṅga. Having done this, accomplish it. Thus it was spoken. The fifth chapter, showing the linga, from the Tantra of the Black Life-Sustaining One. Then the attendants again asked: What are the samādhi and mantra for this? The Killing Goddess spoke: Listen, all you assembled attendants! I will show the samādhi and mantras. Generate yourself as whatever yidam you are, and think of killing the enemy without obstruction by the Killing Black Goddess. White garlic, black garlic, and poison, strike with a torma and recite this mantra: Oṃ khyi kha le nag mos sod, srog ma ti sod, snying kha kha vaṃ, ya ya sod, tsa vaṃ bi ru mu sod, gha ya sod, rnir ya sod, rakmo tsitta che ge mo'i srog la rbad, rakmo tsitta che ge mo'i srog la rbud. There are forty mantra syllables in total. There are eleven na-ros. There are three klat-kors. There are seven gi-gus. There are two ya-tas. There are three ra-tas. There are two zhabs-kyus. There is dag-yig. It is dag-yig. By reciting these forty fierce mantras, it is like the edge of a razor meeting hair, like dry grass meeting a flame. If recited for seven days, the enemy will surely vomit blood and die in an instant. Thus it was said. The sixth chapter, showing the samādhi and mantra torma. Then the attendants again asked: What are the signs of accomplishment? The Killing Goddess spoke: When accomplished in this way, signs will appear: sisters, wives, mothers, nieces, servants, lightning strikes, whirlwinds of light and wind will come. The signs of cursing will appear to the enemy in this way: saying, "I, the mantra practitioner, have sent it."
