Recite Om (ཨོཾ，Om，oṃ，嗡) in your own mouth, and from your right nostril, emanate a white Om (ཨོཾ，Om，oṃ，嗡) of wisdom and send it to the right nostril of the deceased. From the right nostril, the Vajra wind of the body flows, connecting the two right nostrils of yourself and the deceased. Again, reciting Ah (ཨཱཿ，Āḥ，āḥ，阿) in your mouth, emanate a red Ah (ཨཱཿ，Āḥ，āḥ，阿) from your left nostril and send it to the left nostril of the deceased, connecting the two left nostrils.
