念诵此咒于铜粉和铁粉上，然后对于具有仇敌形象之物，以及脚印之土等等，将轮置于心间包裹，并在其上刺入各种荆棘，使其面朝母神所「行」之处。绘制吉祥一髻佛母（藏文：ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཏི།）之擦擦，身色蓝黑，头发散乱，龇牙咧嘴，咬紧牙关，顶髻之上有一绺红黑色头发向上卷曲，头戴颅骨鬘，额头中央一只血红之眼睁开，一颗牙齿为了杀戮而磨砺，右手持红色心，口中吞食，左手绘制手持小旗帜的形象，令其阴茎朝向所行之处，其间焚烧古古尔、狗粪、寡妇的裹脚布等不净之物。从本尊母神的背后，以此咒击打手杖之粉末。嗡 罗汝 埃嘎扎德 辛嘎 惹汝 鲁汝 鲁 吽 班卓 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་རོ་རུ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཏི་སྙིང་ཁ་རག་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ༔），恒常念诵并布施朵玛，如果下令并折磨，则母神定会极度愤怒，并斩断仇敌之命。此乃上位之事业不成时所行之事，无论如何都不可随意而为。如此行事后，行母神出气的仪轨，以甘露（梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，汉语字面意思：不死）和朵玛供养并酬补。然后再次对仇敌进行驱使，行「召唤与诅咒」之业。上位是召唤，诅咒是：嗡 玛玛 扎 惹夏 辛 吞 惹 谬 吞 吞 惹 谬 吞 吞 惹，辛 贼 索 达 耶 琼，索 哲 哲 桑 杰 班卓（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་མ་ཏྲག་རག་ཤ་སྙིང་ཐུམས་རྦད་མྱོགས་ཐུཾ་ཐུཾ་རྦད་མྱོགས་ཐུཾ་ཐུཾ་རྦད༔ སྙིང་གཟེར་སྲོག་འདར་ཡེད་ཆུཾ༔ སྲོག་པྲིག་པྲིག་ཤཾ་ཁྱེར་བྷྱོ༔），于「行」之时皆诅咒。诛杀即是上位之四句咒语。以此各种心脏之朵玛供养。召唤之咒语加入：母母 惹母 埃嘎扎德 伊当 巴林达 卡卡 卡嘿 卡嘿（藏文：མ་མོ་རག་མོ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཏི་ཨི་དཾ་བྷ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི༔），念诵七遍供养。于母神显现之四个时辰，将铁屑、芥子、黑芥子和各种毒药念诵诅咒之咒语，放入被刀杀死之人，或绝嗣之人的心脏之中，然后用热的黑糌粑包裹，放入臼中，抛向仇敌的方向。如是时辰不乱，做法不颠倒，则成就无疑。

Draw a tsha-tsha of the glorious Ekajati, with a dark blue-black body, disheveled hair, bared fangs, clenched teeth, a single reddish-black lock of hair coiled upwards on the crown of the head, adorned with a garland of skulls, a single bloodshot eye open in the center of the forehead, one tooth sharpened for killing, holding a red heart in the right hand and eating it, draw an image of holding a small flag in the left hand, with the lingam pointing in the direction of movement, and burn gugul, dog feces, a widow's rags, and other impure substances in between. From the back of the deity mother, strike the powder of the staff with this mantra. Om Roru Ekajati Singa Raru Luru Lu Hum Bhayo Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་རོ་རུ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཏི་སྙིང་ཁ་རག་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ༔), constantly recite and offer tormas. If you command and torment, the mother goddess will surely be extremely angry and cut off the life of the enemy. This is to be done when the higher action is not accomplished, and it should not be done casually under any circumstances. After doing this, perform the ritual of exhaling the mother goddess, offering and fulfilling with amrita (梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，汉语字面意思：不死) and tormas. Then again, urge the enemy and perform the action of "summoning and cursing." The higher action is summoning, the cursing is: Om Mama Trag Raksha Sing Tum Ra Myok Tum Tum Ra Myok Tum Tum Ra, Sing Tser Sok Dar Ye Chung, Sok Trig Trig Sham Jyer Bhayo (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་མ་ཏྲག་རག་ཤ་སྙིང་ཐུམས་རྦད་མྱོགས་ཐུཾ་ཐུཾ་རྦད་མྱོགས་ཐུཾ་ཐུཾ་རྦད༔ སྙིང་གཟེར་སྲོག་འདར་ཡེད་ཆུཾ༔ སྲོག་པྲིག་པྲིག་ཤཾ་ཁྱེར་བྷྱོ༔), curse at all times of "going." Killing is the four-line mantra of the higher action. Offer with this torma of various hearts. Add the mantra of summoning: Mamo Ramo Ekajati Idam Balimta Khakha Khahi Khahi (藏文：མ་མོ་རག་མོ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཏི་ཨི་དཾ་བྷ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི༔), recite and offer seven times. At the four times when the mother goddess appears, recite the mantra of cursing on iron filings, mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, and various poisons, and put them in the heart of a person killed by a knife, or a person without descendants, then wrap it with warm black tsampa, put it in a mortar, and throw it in the direction of the enemy. If the time is not confused and the practice is not reversed, there is no doubt of accomplishment.
