་ཅེས་བརྗོད་དོ༔ བླ་མས་སློབ་མའི་ལུས་གཅེར་བུར་ཕྱུང་ལ་ཐལ་མོ་སྙིང་ཁར་སྦྱར་ཏེ༔ རྐང་པའི་ལོང་བུ་གཤིབས་ལ་སེམས་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་ཁར་མ་ཡེངས་པར་བྱའོ༔ དེའི་དུས་སུ་བླ་མས་ཨཱཿ ཞེས་དྲག་ལ་ཆེ་ཞིང་ཐུང་བར་བརྗོད༔ དེའི་དུས་ན་ལུས་འཕར་བ་དང་༔ ངག་སྨྲ་བ་དང་༔ སེམས་གཡོ་བའི་རྟགས་བྱུང་ན་ནི་ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་སེམས་ལ་བྱིན་རླབས་རང་གི་ཉམས་དང་སྦྱར་བས་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ༔ དེ་ནས་བླ་མས་སློབ་མ་དེ་ཁ་ཤར་དུ་བལྟར་བཅུག་ལ༔ ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་ཤར་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ན་ཕར་གམ་གམ་སོང་བ་དང་༔ ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་པའི་རྗེས་ལ་འགྲོ་ན་འགྲོ་ས་འདུག་གམ༔ འགྲོ་བའི་མཁན་པོ་འདུག་གམ་ཞེས་ཕྱོགས་བཞི་ཀར་བྱའོ༔ དེ་ནས་སློབ་མ་དེ་ཁ་ལྷོར་བལྟར་བཅུག་ལ༔ ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ན་ཕར་གམ་གམ་སོང་དང་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད༔ དེ་ནས་ནུབ་ཏུ་བལྟར་བཅུག་ལ༔ ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ན་ཕར་གམ་གམ་སོང་དང་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་དོ༔ དེ་ནས་བྱང་དུ་ཁ་བལྟར་བཅུག་ལ༔ ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་བྱང་གི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ན་ཕར་གམ་གམ་སོང་དང་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་དོ༔ དེ་ནས་ལྷ་ངོ་བསྟན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་སློབ་མ་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་དུ་འདུག་ཏུ་བཅུག་ལ༔ ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་ནམ་མཁའི་དཀྱིལ་ཡ་གི་ན་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འོད་འཕྲོ་བ་ལྔ་པོ་ཡ་གི་ལ་ཤེས་པ་གཏོད་ལ་ཤེས་པ་ཇེ་མཐོ་ཇེ་མཐོར་སོང་ཞིག་ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་དོ༔ བླ་མས་སླར་མ་ལྡོག་ཅིག་ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་དོ༔ བླ་མའི་ཕྱག་གིས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ཡུག་ཡུག་ལན་གསུམ་ལ་བྱའོ༔ དེ་ནས་བླ་མས་ལངས་ཏེ་ཞབས་གཡོན་བསྐུམ་གཡས་བརྐྱང་པར་བྱ༔ དེ་ནས་མིག་གཉིས་ལ་མཛུབ་མོ་བཙུགས་ལ་ངག་ཏུ་ཨ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་དེ༔ དེ་ནས་མཛུབ་མོ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་བསྒྲེང་༔ དེ་ནས་མིག་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་གཏད་ལ་ཧུར་འདོན༔ ནམ་མཁའ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྒྱ་ཆེའོ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ༔ དེ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་ཟིན་ནས༔ ཚོགས་ཕུད་བཅད་ལ་ཚོགས་ལ་རོལ་བར་བྱའོ༔ ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་སྤྱོད་པ་བྱེད་པའི་དུས་ན་སྡིག་པ་ཤས་ཆེ་ཆུང་བླ་མས་ཤེས་པར་བྱས་ལ༔ སྡིག་པ་ཤས་ཆེ་ན་སླར་བསྐྱར་ལ་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག༔ དེ་ལྟར་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག་ནས༔ དངོས་གཞི་ཟག་པ་མེད་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་རྣམས་ལ་གདབ་པར་བྱའོ༔ ཤིན་ཏུ་སྤྲོས་པ་མེད་པའི་འཁོར་འདས་རུ་ཤན་འབྱེད་པའི་སྤྱོད་པ་ལག་ལེན་པྲ་ཁྲིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ༔ བྱེ་མ་ལ་མུ་ཏྲས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ༔ ༔ ཀུན་ལ་མེད་དེ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྲུང་མས་སྲུངས་ཤིག༔ ས་མ་ཡ༔ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ ལས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་རབ་ཏུ་ཟབ༔ དེ་བས་རབ་ཏུ་གསང་ངོ་༔ ༔དགེའོ༔མེས་པོའི་ཤུལ་བཞག་ལས། ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱི་གསུང་འབུམ། ༼༣༽ཤིན་ཏུ་སྤྲོས་མེད་ཀྱི་དབང་འཁོར་འདས་རུ་ཤན་དབྱེ་བའི་ལག་ལེན་བྲ་ཁྲིད།

如是说。上师将弟子的身体脱光，双手合掌于胸前，双脚脚踝并拢，心不要散乱于上师的心间。此时，上师念诵“ཨཱཿ”（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。要念得响亮、高亢而短促。此时，如果出现身体颤动、口中说话、心绪不宁的迹象，那就要知道这是身体、语言和心灵与加持以及自身体验相结合的征兆。然后，上师让弟子面向东方，说：“唉玛，具缘者，在东方天空的虚空中，向远处去吧，去吧，去吧！”如此重复三遍之后，问：“去的话，有去的地方吗？有引导者吗？”对四个方向都要这样做。然后，让弟子面向南方，说：“唉玛，具缘者，在南方天空的虚空中，向远处去吧，去吧，去吧！”如此重复三遍。然后，让弟子面向西方，说：“唉玛，具缘者，在西方天空的虚空中，向远处去吧，去吧，去吧！”如此重复三遍。然后，让弟子面向北方，说：“唉玛，具缘者，在北方天空的虚空中，向远处去吧，去吧，去吧！”如此重复三遍。然后，为了指示本尊，让弟子结跏趺坐，说：“唉玛，具缘者，在那天空的中央，那个发光的太阳轮，将你的意识专注于那五个光芒，让你的意识越来越高，越来越高！”如此重复三遍。上师说：“不要再回头！”如此重复三遍。上师的手在空中挥舞三次。然后，上师站起来，左腿弯曲，右腿伸直。然后，用手指按住双眼，口中念诵“ཨ་”（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。然后，将手指指向天空。然后，眼睛注视天空，发出“ཧུར་”的声音。说：“天空是如此的广阔！”如此重复三遍。然后，灌顶结束之后，切分会供品，享受会供。在进行身语意三门行为的时候，上师要了解罪业的大小轻重，如果罪业深重，就要重新再做。这样，身语意的障碍清净之后，就可以将（教法）传授给真正的无漏瑜伽士们。极其无造作，区分轮回与涅槃的修行实修引导，由贝玛拉莫扎所著圆满。

Thus it is said. The lama strips the student naked, places the palms together at the heart, aligns the ankles of the feet, and the mind should not wander from the lama's heart. At that time, the lama says "ཨཱཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). It should be said loudly, strongly, and briefly. At that time, if signs of body trembling, speech, and mental agitation occur, then it should be known that the blessings of body, speech, and mind are combined with one's own experience. Then, the lama has the student face east and says, "Ema, fortunate one, in the realm of the eastern sky, go far, far, far!" After repeating this three times, ask, "If you go, is there a place to go? Is there a guide to go?" This should be done for all four directions. Then, have the student face south and say, "Ema, fortunate one, in the realm of the southern sky, go far, far, far!" Repeat this three times. Then, have the student face west and say, "Ema, fortunate one, in the realm of the western sky, go far, far, far!" Repeat this three times. Then, have the student face north and say, "Ema, fortunate one, in the realm of the northern sky, go far, far, far!" Repeat this three times. Then, in order to reveal the deity, have the student sit in the lotus position and say, "Ema, fortunate one, in the center of the sky, that radiating sun mandala, focus your awareness on those five lights, and let your awareness become higher and higher!" Repeat this three times. The lama says, "Do not turn back!" Repeat this three times. The lama waves his hand in the sky three times. Then, the lama stands up, bends his left leg and stretches out his right leg. Then, he puts his fingers on his eyes and says "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). Then, he points his finger to the sky. Then, he looks at the sky and makes the sound "HUR". Say, "The sky is so vast!" Repeat this three times. Then, after the empowerment is finished, cut the tsok offering and enjoy the tsok. When performing actions of body, speech, and mind, the lama should know the magnitude of the sins. If the sins are heavy, then have them done again. In this way, after the obscurations of body, speech, and mind are purified, the (teachings) can be given to the true uncontaminated yogis. Extremely unelaborated, the practice instruction that distinguishes between samsara and nirvana, completed by Pemala Mutra.
