(Golden Script) Homage. Herein are three post-enlightenment (instructions) of the Buddha. In Sanskrit: Buddha Dhekara Eka. In Tibetan: The First Post-Enlightenment Instruction of the Buddha. E E Ema, son of lineage! One should diligently practice the preliminaries of body, speech, and mind. One should restore them to their natural state through the ritual of settling. By doing so, one touches the activities of the Buddha. The body should not stray from its seated posture. Speech should sever the stream of talk. The mind should not separate from its object of focus. By this, one touches the truth of the Buddha. A thi rih! Alas, alas, son of lineage! One should harmonize the key points of the doors, realms, wind, and awareness. By this, one touches the very nature of reality. Son of lineage, for him, the nature of appearance transforms into all phenomena. By this, one becomes proficient in the nature of reality. Thus, in the garden of the youthful healer in the realm of the Thirty-Three, when Vajradhara demonstrated the manner of complete nirvana, the emanation Garab Dorje uttered a lament of grief: Alas, alas, alas, space! When the light of the teacher's lamp has set, who will dispel the darkness of the world? As he spoke, from the midst of a mass of light, showing the forearm of his right hand, a jewel-like crystal container the size of a fingernail fell upon the crown of Garab Dorje's head and into his palms. When it was opened, writings inscribed on a sapphire jewel with molten blue beryl fell out, and Garab Dorje gained the confidence of realization. The first post-enlightenment instruction is complete. A thi rih! In Sanskrit: Buddha Dhekara Dhuye. In Tibetan: The Second Testament of the Buddha. Emaho! Son of lineage! If the body is not separated, it will transmigrate into the three realms, therefore one should be skilled in separating the body. If speech is not separated, it will transform into the three realms, therefore one should be skilled in separating speech. If the mind is not separated, it will transmigrate into the three realms, therefore one should be skilled in separating the mind. Then, if the body is not settled, it will not be restored to its natural state. If speech is not settled, it will not be restored to its natural state. Then, if the mind is not settled, it will not be restored to its natural state. Emaho! Son of lineage! The body completely passes into nirvana

If you want to enter into nirvana, you should not deviate from the way the three bodies reside. If you want speech to completely enter into nirvana, you should not deviate from the wheel of cutting off speech. Son of lineage, if you want the mind to completely enter into nirvana, it should not be like empty space. A thi ri. This is said to be the supreme means of no birth. If you want all appearances to arise as dharmata, do not deviate from the way the three bodies of the eyes look. This is the key to all appearances and visions arising as self-appearance. Emaho! A person who wants to be proficient in awareness should place empty awareness on an empty object. In this way, all objects will pass into the realm of dharma. Emaho! If you want movement to be liberated in its own place, you should make the wind extremely slow and stable. Emaho! This is the instruction that will cut off the cycle of the three realms. Emaho! In this way, the dharmata of the four appearances arises, and from then on, the illusion of delusion will be cut off. Emaho! Son of lineage, the basis of the three immovables is dharma. A thi ri. Measure with the three abidings. So phag shi tham. Nail down with the three attainments. Sa ma ya. In this way, whoever does it can turn back in the three realms. Dbu rgya 'gar ba lam. In this way, in the great charnel ground that is burning with fire, when the incarnate body shows the way to enter into nirvana, Garab Dorje fainted and fell to the ground, uttering a lament of grief: Kye ma kye hud kyi ma klong. When the light of the teacher's lamp is extinguished, who will dispel the darkness of the world? After waking up from the faint, he said, from the center of the mass of light in the sky, showing the elbow of his right hand down, just as the letters of precious jewels that were shining brightly fell, the obscurations of time were purified in their place without being purified. It appeared as the place of the dakinis. The second manifestation of the Buddha is complete. A thi ri. In the language of India: Buddha dhe ka ra tri. In Tibetan: The Third Testament of the Buddha. Homage to the one who has exhausted defilements, exhausted self-nature, and liberated appearances in self-nature. Kye ma kye ma rigs kyi bu. Son of lineage, if you are skilled in the key of going first, you will become skilled in the necessity of the supreme and the common. That is, the body turns the wheel of action; speech turns the wheel of chatter; the mind turns the wheel of scattering and gathering. In this way, from the wheel of action,
