Remembering the qualities and kindness of the root and lineage gurus of the path. By whose kindness is great bliss, in an instant, what arises? To the lotus feet of the Vajradhara, who is like a precious guru, I prostrate. Thus, from the depths of my heart and bones, I pray. Then, visualizing the assembly field as the emanation of the guru's three secrets, remembering their qualities, and with the thought of establishing those beings tormented by the suffering of the six realms in the state of the first Buddha, the Lord of All, I shall meditate on the profound path of Vajra Yoga. I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha until enlightenment. By the merit of these practices, may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. (Recite three times.) Praised by the lineage gurus, the support of the completion stage, the generation stage, meditating on Sahaja. Oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham. From the state of emptiness, transformed into Kalachakra Sahaja, on a seat piled with the four elements, Mount Meru, the sun and moon, and Rahu, I myself become glorious Kalachakra, with a blue body, one face, two arms, and three eyes, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort. The left foot, white and bent, presses down on the white Ishvara, and the right foot, red and extended, presses down on the heart of the red Kama Deva. A topknot of hair and a wish-fulfilling jewel, and a crescent moon adorn the head. Adorned with vajra ornaments and a tiger skin loincloth. The fingers are successively the thumb yellow, the index finger white, the middle finger red, the ring finger black, and the little finger green, thus having five colors. The finger joints are first black, second red, and third white, thus having three colors. Vajrasattva adorns the head, and resides in the center of a mountain of fire of five colors, having an expression of mingled wrath and attachment. The embracing consort, with a yellow body, one face, two arms, and three eyes, holds a curved knife in her right hand and a skull cup in her left." } ] ============================================================

Embracing, with the right leg bent and the left leg extended, uniting with the Father (Buddha Father). Naked, adorned with five bone ornaments, with hair half-unbound. On the forehead is white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), on the throat is red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), in the heart is black Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), on the navel is yellow Ho (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:Ho), in the secret place is blue Sva (藏文:སྭཱཿ,梵文天城体:स्वाः,梵文罗马拟音:svāḥ,汉语字面意思:Sva), and on the crown is green Ha (藏文:ཧཱཿ,梵文天城体:हाः,梵文罗马拟音:hāḥ,汉语字面意思:Ha), all abiding. From one's own heart, rays of light emanate, and all the outer container world and inner sentient beings transform into the mandala of Kalachakra. All of these dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Abide in the clear and empty form of the deity. The mantra is: Om Ham Ksha Mala Vara Ya Svaha Om Ham Ksha Mala Vara Ya Svaha). Thus, focus the mind on the ten-powered green, hollow, upright form in the heart and recite. In conjunction with the recitation, the method of practicing the completion stage is as follows: As it is said in the Later Tantra of Guhyasamaja: Possessing three solitudes and four independences, the main practice is the gradual absorption and meditation, as well as life force exertion and such holding, recollection and samadhi, union is considered to be six limbs. One must practice the complete body of the path on a single seat, and in order to accomplish these as they are, follow the footsteps of the accomplished master, and pray to the Lama: Through the kindness of the deity Tathagatagarbha, may the various movements of the mind be severed individually, and having perfected the ten signs of clear light, may I be blessed to master the path of gradual absorption. I pray to the kind father Lama! I pray for the blessings of the supreme guides, the Father and Sons! Through the kindness of the deity Tathagatagarbha, may the mind, wind, thought, and speech be unwavering, and may the experience of wisdom, discernment, joy, and bliss increase. May I be blessed to master the path of meditation. I pray to the kind father Lama! I pray for the blessings of the supreme guides, the Father and Sons! Through the kindness of the deity Tathagatagarbha, may the left and right channels and the ten winds enter the central channel, and may the experience of blazing heat dissolve the Hum syllable. May I be blessed to master the path of life force exertion. I pray to the kind father Lama! I pray for the blessings of the supreme guides, the Father and Sons! Through the kindness of the deity Tathagatagarbha, may the immutable essence of the drop remain stable on the forehead, and may the experience of dissolving bliss be born in the continuum. May I be blessed to master the path of holding. I pray to the kind father Lama!
