Naga nagi dza swaha. Attach this great cloud mantra, Sarva maha megha swaha. Recite like this. Visualize the ground below, stirred by the wind, igniting a great fire wheel, warming the ocean. Meditate that the steam makes the earth full of warmth. From the tam (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: tam) in the heart of Tara herself, light radiates. It shines on the seed syllable mantra garland of the Naga King and his retinue in front. Stimulate the continuum, strengthen the vows, and from the respective seed syllable mantras and the mouths, noses, and raised heads, the steam turns into great clouds. Visualize covering the entire sky. Sometimes also combine the visualization of the ritual. When the clouds dissipate in the evening, recite the cloud gathering mantra. In between sessions, read the "Great Cloud Sutra." The offering cake mixed with white three and sweet three, the number of one deity is enough. By the truth of all, may the sky be blessed! May the clouds gather in the space between! May warmth descend upon the earth! Thus, and Homage! Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha! Lama, Yidam, and Dakini! By the command and truth of the Dharma protectors and guardians, and especially the noble Avalokiteshvara, and the command and truth of the noble Tara, the Four Great Kings, the Eight Great Gods, the Eight Great Nagas, the Eight Great Planets, the Twenty-eight Constellations, the Ten Direction Guardians, the Nine Terrifying Ones, the arrogant chieftains, and the eight classes of gods and demons, the local deity Lhasa (Lhasa) lord, and all the guardians of the direction of the white Naga, suppress the wind! Gather the clouds and send warmth to the earth! May the harm of hail and cold not occur, may there be good harvests, increased grain, and may beings be happy and joyful! Thus, speak. Finally, perform the offerings and praises as above. Perform the subsequent rituals such as the Tara Tsog offering. If you strive in this way for six or four sessions, hail will not be able to strike. After the practice is finished, make the remains disappear. Said: Nowadays, some people corrupted by the times do not practice according to reliable tantras and the Lama's instructions, but instead practice fabricated inferior Dharma, and deceive the minds of others by putting whatever they remember into practice. This is a rare and undisputed mind treasure created by the blessing of Padmasambhava, and when practiced, faith and certainty will arise, like a wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills all needs and desires. Therefore, in order to fulfill the wishes of the fortunate who seek the Dharma with reverence, this text is written with the intention of benefiting others, and if there are any mistakes, I confess to the Holy Tara.
