(藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajrasattva, Hum) To the Vajra Lord of the hearts of all Buddhas, I prostrate at your feet and the method to accomplish this, The sole outer, inner, and secret, I shall explain briefly here. Therein, the outer practice is to be undertaken according to the Kriya Tantra. One's own ordinary body, upon the vast white lotus moon above the crown of the head, from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) arises Vajrasattva, his body white like the sun rising over a snow mountain, peaceful and smiling, beautiful and complete with silk and jewel ornaments, in a posture of playful ease with legs extended and drawn in. The thumb of his right hand touches his own crown. At his heart, upon a full moon disc, is a white Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)radiating intensely, surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra circling clockwise. Light rays gather into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), passing through the bindu of the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). The light rays shine upwards, emanating from the crest of Vajrasattva, offering delightful offerings to the peaceful and wrathful deities of all directions and times, stimulating their minds, and gathering the blessings and compassionate light rays. Entering from the crest of Vajrasattva, dissolving into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at his heart, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) descends a rain of nectar, completely filling the body of Vajrasattva with nectar. From between the flesh and nails of his right foot, nectar slowly drips down, entering through one's own Brahma aperture, filling the inside of the body. All diseases transform into black blood and pus. All evil spirits transform into lice, fleas, frogs, and snakes. All sins and obscurations transform into smoke, coal tar, and blue-red rainbows, exiting from one's own urinary tract, channels, and pores, going beneath the nine levels of the great earth, never to return. One's own body is completely filled with nectar, like a glass vase filled with milk. While contemplating in this way, one should recite the hundred-syllable mantra with a melodious and pleasing voice. Ah Ah. The inner practice is to be undertaken according to the Yoga Tantra. Remaining for a moment in the vast mandala, contemplate purifying all the physical obscurations by reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, appearing again at the throat, purify all the verbal obscurations. Finally, appearing at the heart, purify the mental obscurations, dissolving into the moon and mantra garland at the heart of Vajrasattva. The secret mantra garland also dissolves into the essence of the heart, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). That also vanishes into light, and one's own body instantly transforms into a mass of light. As if Vajrasattva's body is poured into one, the body becomes rigid, and intense rays of light radiate from the pores of the body, the heart, and the urna hair between the eyebrows, offering delight and worship to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas without exception, gathering all compassion and blessings, and striking oneself and all sentient beings, purifying sins and obscurations. Contemplate attaining accomplishments, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra purely and clearly. Athi. Practicing according to the Guhyayoga Tantra: Thus, knowing that the body, speech, and mind of Vajrasattva are inseparable from one's own body, speech, and mind, in the expanse of the wisdom heart, visualize one's own heart as a blooming white lotus, and on the pistils and stamens, on the seat of the sun and moon of method and wisdom, visualize one's own awareness as Vajrasattva, white and clear, complete in form, naked and without ornaments. At his heart, visualize the relative bodhicitta as a clear full moon, and on it, visualize the ultimate bodhicitta, the size of a mustard seed, with the pure seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at its center. Finally, visualize the Hundred Syllable Mantra as a string of pearls, naturally emitting subtle rays of light, rotating like a mass of light, offering to the Buddhas by gathering and dispersing the light. In particular, the rays of light from the mantra garland strike the places of the six realms, purifying all their sins, obscurations, and sufferings, and all beings transform into the nature of Bodhisattvas, never to regress. Contemplate reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra flawlessly. Athi. Then, again, practicing according to the Most Secret Anuttarayoga: Thus, in the mandala of Vajrasattva, all phenomena, both internal and external, container and contained, all appearances and existence, arise as the play of illusion. All beings of the six realms, such as gods, demons, humans, etc., who appear as forms, are the body of Vajrasattva. All sounds that appear as the support and the supported are the self-sound of the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and all conceptual thoughts are separated from the elaboration of grasping and clinging, and are laid bare.
