顶礼上师莲足。成就者之转世多吉宁布，令其闻思修证圆满的莲花舞自在，朗卓译师族系所生之度母，显明前译二者。智慧空行母涅古之黄金教法精华，无间断加持传承之总持者，隐秘行持成就自在金刚持，瓦格德班匝（藏文，梵文天城体，Vagdevajra，语自在金刚）莲足。精通教理善说之阿旺仁波切，三学庄严之噶举苏玛迪，精进实修之贡钦拉嘉莲足，于此三位恩德者。亲见本尊颜面，持有真实教法命脉，殊胜自性洛哲确培莲足，其子多赞瑜伽士阿旺，瞻洲父子二人。息灭一切错乱南喀丹增华，能作脉气事业深明确培名，寂静调柔之善士古那西巴扎，护持正法三者。甚深秘密大乐空行母耳传法类，善持离戏见之实相，瑜伽自在释迦僧格，于此无等恩德莲足。娘氏持明咒瑜伽士金刚持，无与伦比上师贝玛旺扎莲足，利乐有情菩提萨埵确桑波，于此殊胜恩德三者。自明勇士摄受之瑜伽士，殊胜垂视杰尊钦列饶丹莲足，一生精进实修索南确吉旺，瑜伽自在二者。法光普照班匝那塔巴，持种姓明咒匝隆巴多吉，随显现调伏所化炯奴洛，获得法缘三者。种姓与坛城一切自在主，最初佛陀显现人身相，真实金刚萨埵普贤王之眷属，心之明点中央一切圆满聚。此时于诸所化显现您之身，闻思修之功德极其广大，具足五种神通调伏之唯一亲友，法王上师之莲足。百族之本体普贤原始怙主，显现大乐幻化身之毗玛拉，彼与无二娘氏成就自在者，利证南嘉云，如是祈请年过三十之金刚上师，此乃老朽所为。

At this time, your manifested body appears to those to be tamed, the qualities of hearing and thinking are greatly expanded, the only friend of those to be tamed, possessing the five clairvoyances, at the feet of the Dharma Lord Lama. Kuntuzangpo, the primordial protector, the essence of a hundred lineages, Vimalamitra, who manifested in the illusory body of great bliss, inseparable from him, the master of accomplishment of the Nyak lineage, Rigdzin Namgyal, thus I pray to the Vajra masters who are over thirty years old, this is done by an old man.
