བས། 无量众生之大利，不费吹灰如意宝。 愿速成就大菩提之果位。 如是，为具足秘密道上师修法之灌顶、教导、读诵三者之上师传承祈请，乃是圆满正等觉佛陀，发菩提心之化身，金刚持尊者吉美桑瓦辛贝（无畏密护）之侄孙二者显赫，法王南喀巴桑（南虚吉祥）之真传弟子多玛处，应请于大圆满之证悟者嘉堪巴策旺诺布（自在宝）于木虎年都月十二日所说。吉祥！又，传承之名号之一，乃自掘藏师虹身者至岗波诺布坚巴（岗波宝幢），恰擦仁钦多吉（眼尊宝金刚），秋珠桑波华（化身贤吉祥）。彼亦计数为沃赛旺布（光明自在），然此未圆满七代传承前，以读诵而得解脱，乃金刚语之誓言故。是故，传承愈近加持愈大，如前述之次第为佳。七代传承之计数，须从掘藏师虹身者起算，务必知晓。此外，此法自法身耶谢空行母至岗波巴，于传承殊胜之德那玛，虽不经由人而未计数，亦无中断之过失。日后若需补足传承，则根本上师之祈请文不更动，置于其前即可。若喜略式祈请文，则如是行： 嗡 索思地 悉地 惹斯度。 真实圆满诸佛之生母，空行雍玉安住之坛城。 ཨེ་ཡིག་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་མོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཕར་ཕྱིན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཨེ་ཡིག་，ए，e，种子字E，大印；ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་མོ་，महामुद्रा，mahamudra，大手印；ཤེས་རབ་ཕར་ཕྱིན་，प्रज्ञापारमिता，prajñāpāramitā，般若波罗蜜多；རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག，वज्रवाराही，vajravārāhī，金刚亥母）。 不变安乐，以妙相庄严，诸佛之父。 ཝཾ་ཡིག་གསུང་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་སྤྲུལ་སྒམ་པོ་པ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཝཾ་ཡིག་，वम्，vam，种子字Vam；གསུང་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་，वाग्वज्र，vāgvajra，语金刚；པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་，पद्मसम्भव，padmasambhava，莲花生；སྤྲུལ་，निर्माणकाय，nirmāṇakāya，化身；སྒམ་པོ་པ།，gam popa，岗波巴）。 无别幻化，无碍而化现，虹身心髓。 彼之心与无二，摄政，得地之桑波华（贤吉祥）。 彼之法子，长子，光明自在成就之主。 彼之子策旺诺布（自在宝）以种种行调伏众生。 秘密道根本传承上师众，我等祈请。 祈请加持我等相续，生生世世与此殊胜道相伴。 厌离轮回，趣入解脱道，皈依殊胜三宝。 广大发心，圆满二资粮。

Ba. The great benefit of immeasurable beings, the wish-fulfilling jewel without effort. May the attainment of the state of great enlightenment be accomplished in one sitting. Thus, this supplication to the lineage of lamas who possess the complete empowerment, instruction, and reading transmission of the secret path Lama Sadhana is made to the emanation of the fully enlightened Buddha, the Bodhisattva, the supreme Vajradhara Jikme Sangwa Syinbe (Fearless Secret Giver), the nephew and grandson of the two eminent ones, the Dharma Lord Namkha Palsang (Sky Auspicious), at the request of the direct disciple Doma, by the great perfection realized Gyalkhampa Tsewang Norbu (Powerful Jewel) on the twelfth day of the Wood Tiger month of Dawa. Mangalam! Furthermore, one of the categories of the lineage is from the treasure revealer Rainbow Body to Gampopa Norbu Gyenpa (Gampo Jewel Banner), Chennga Rinchen Dorje (Precious Vajra), Choktrul Zangpo Pal (Supreme Incarnation Auspicious). He also counted Osel Wangpo (Clear Light Empowerment). However, since it is a Vajra speech commitment that liberation is attained by receiving the reading transmission before this seven-generation lineage is completed, therefore, the closer the lineage, the greater the blessing, so it is better to follow the above order. It must be understood that the method of counting the seven generations is to count from the treasure revealer Rainbow Body. Furthermore, even if this Dharma is not counted through a person from the Dharmakaya Yeshe Khandro to Gampopa, the excellent lineage of Tena Ma, there is no fault of interruption. Later, if it is necessary to supplement the lineage, the supplication to the root lama should not be changed, but placed before it. If you prefer a concise supplication, then do it like this: Om Svasti Siddhi Rastu. The mother who gives birth to all true and complete Buddhas, the mandala where the Khung Yum Dakini resides. Ei letter, Mahamudra, Prajnaparamita, Vajravarahi. Immutable bliss, adorned with excellent marks, the father of all Buddhas. Vam letter, speech Vajra, Padmasambhava, emanation Gampopa. Indistinguishable illusion, manifested without obstruction, rainbow essence. Whose mind is inseparable, regent, Zangpo Pal (Auspicious) who has attained the ground. His Dharma son, eldest son, Osel Wangpo (Clear Light Empowerment), the chief of attainments. His son Tsewang Norbu (Powerful Jewel) subdues beings with various activities. To the root and lineage lamas of the secret path, we supplicate. Bless my lineage, may I always be associated with this supreme path in all lifetimes. Turn away from samsara, enter the path of liberation, take refuge in the supreme Three Jewels. Generate vast bodhicitta, complete the two accumulations.

祈请竭力依止上师！将实相大手印的住处、动摇、稳固，赤裸地献于觉性。烦恼自解脱，显现如一味，无作意禅修，光明灿烂。水流瑜伽，获得双运身，修持七支，愿我能度脱如虚空般无边的众生，从轮回苦海中解脱出来。总而言之，愿我能一生证得佛果的近道，恒常获得双运。善妙品尝灌顶的智慧甘露，行为是智慧的游舞。愿我能显现本初的实相，中阴六相自然解脱于自性之中。愿我能面见心性上师如意宝，二利任运成就！此乃将上述广大祈请文合于一处者，乃持明者策旺诺布也。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体，sarva maṅgalaṃ，一切吉祥！）。达波德雄传承的祈请，加持恒河之水流。

I pray to the Lama with utmost diligence! Offering naked awareness to the abiding, moving, and settling of the ultimate Mahamudra. May afflictions be self-liberated, appearances be of one taste, without contrived meditation, radiant with luminosity. Having attained the union body through the yoga of the flowing stream and perfected the seven branches, may I liberate all beings, vast as space, from the ocean of existence. In short, may I swiftly attain Buddhahood in one lifetime, constantly finding union. May I perfectly taste the nectar of empowerment wisdom, and may my conduct be the play of wisdom. May the primordial reality be revealed, and the six aspects of the bardo be naturally liberated in their own place. May I meet the Lama, the wish-fulfilling jewel of mind itself, and may both aims be spontaneously accomplished!
